A flame-retardant metal-coated cloth having a high degree of flame retardancy and a soft feeling without the use of any halogen compound or antimony compound is provided. In the flame-retardant metal-coated cloth, a flame-retardant film comprising a mixture (E) of a phosphorus compound (A), a metal hydroxide (B), a phosphoric ester (C), and a thermoplastic resin (D), is formed on at least one surface of a metal-coated cloth, and the ratio of (A):(B):(C):(D) is 20 to 200:100 to 950:10 to 250:100 in terms of a weight ratio.

Flame-retardant metal-coated cloth

A flame-retardant metal-coated fabric which not only has excellent electromagnetic wave shielding properties but has a high degree of flame retardancy without the necessity of containing a halogen compound or antimony compound. It is soft and suffers no deterioration of the metal coating even in long-term use. The flame-retardant metal-coated fabric comprises a metal-coated fabric and a flame-retardant coating layer formed on at least one side of the metal-coated fabric, the flame-retardant coating layer comprising a mixture (F) of the following components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E):

The present invention provides an electromagnetic wave shielding material including a three dimensionally knitted base material and a conductive metal layer formed on the three dimensionally knitted base material, which shielding material is characterized in that it comprises: a heat-fusing thread used at at least a portion of the three dimensionally knitted base material; and a portion in which connection thread is not present, wherein the amount of cutting debris generated at the time of cutting is decreased. According to the present invention, an electromagnetic wave shielding material, which is used for an electromagnetic wave shielding gasket for shielding electromagnetic wave, exhibits good workability if the thickness of the product is relatively thin, suppresses the metal separation and reduces the amount of cutting debris generated at the time of cutting, is obtained.
