A power supply control device for controlling a consumption current supplied from a power supply device to a tape feeder loaded on a component supply device, the component supply device being exchangeably loaded with multiple of the tape feeders, the power supply control device including: a consumption current acquiring section configured to acquire the consumption current corresponding to a state of the multiple tape feeders; a total consumption current calculating section configured to calculate a total consumption current that is a total of each of the consumption currents of the multiple tape feeders; and an operation controlling section configured to control the specified operation of the multiple tape feeders within a range in which the total consumption current does not exceed an output current capacity of the power supply device.

A central control device used in a manufacture work machine for performing a manufacture work to control, in a centralized manner, work-element performing apparatuses each configured to perform one of work elements that constitute the manufacture work, by sequentially transmitting motion commands each of which is a command for one motion to be performed by one of the work-element performing apparatuses, the central control device including: a source-data storage section configured to store source data in which is encoded a matter of each of the work elements to be performed by each of the work-element performing apparatuses to perform manufacture work; a motion-command generating section configured to generate motion commands on the basis of the source data; and a command-transmission processing section configured to preform transmission processing to transmit the motion commands generated by the motion-command generating section to the work-element performing apparatuses.

A method of producing component data for use with an electronic component mounting apparatus includes imaging a component whose component data is to be produced and displaying a component image on a display, the component image on the display having an outline having at least one side edge with two corners, inputting the corners as reference points so that a first reference line passing the reference points is produced, producing second and third reference lines passing the reference points respectively so as to be perpendicular to the first reference line, inputting a point on another side edge of the outline of the component image and producing a fourth reference line passing the point on the side edge so as to be parallel to the first reference line, and producing component data by measuring a size of the component image outline on the basis of the first to fourth reference lines.

Method and device for producing component data

In a working system for circuit boards such as, typically, as an electronic component mounting apparatus, an image pickup camera mainly for detecting the position of a reference mark on a circuit board or/and for detecting the misalignment of an electronic component from the axis a mounting head holding the electronic component is also utilized for detecting a peculiar portion formed on one of board lifting plates for lifting a circuit board to be clamped at a working position on a circuit board transfer conveyer. The peculiar portion comprises a plurality of grooves formed on one board lifting plate made of stainless steel for being detected as a plurality of dark regions appearing on the stainless steel board lifting plate. When the circuit board is transferred to the working position on the circuit board transfer conveyer, one of the dark regions to be detected is hidden by the circuit board from the image pickup camera, so that the presence of the circuit board on the board transfer device can be judged. Further, the detection/non-detection of the peculiar portion by the image pickup camera can also be utilized to control or decelerate the transfer speed of the circuit board on the circuit board transfer conveyer.
