To provide a cleaning apparatus which is flexibly adaptable to a wide variety of workpieces so as to improve productivity while being suitably adaptable to high-pressure cleaning so as to improve cleaning work efficiency. The cleaning apparatusfor cleaning a workpiece W by jetting cleaning liquid from nozzlesdisposed in a cleaning region E includes: a moving device; a feeding devicethat is disposed facing the cleaning region E to hold and move the workpiece W; a holding devicethat is disposed on the feeding deviceto hold the workpiece W; a moving devicethat movably supports the feeding device; and a cover devicethat shields the moving devicefrom the cleaning region E and allows the feeding deviceto pass therethrough. The feeding devicemoves the workpiece W to the cleaning region E for cleaning.

Cleaning apparatus

A residue remaining on an object to be cleaned after cleaning is easily detected and observed on the object. Adhesive materials for use in residue confirmation, which are applied in advance to an object to be cleaned for confirmation of a residue remaining on the object after cleaning, are formed by coloring chips produced during cutting work. The adhesive materials are preferably formed by coating and coloring the chips with paint, the paint emitting visible light in an excited state.

A turret-type cleaning apparatus including a cleaning chamber; a center post; a turret head turnably supported by the center post; tool support members arranged in the turret head; tool support shafts rotatably supported in the respective tool support members; cleaning tools to be attached to the respective tool support shafts; a spindle shaft rotatably supported in the center post; a spindle drive device to rotate one of the cleaning tools; a turret drive device to turn the turret head; and a joint device having a groove portion formed in the spindle shaft, and a key provided on each of the tool support shafts and to be inserted in the groove portion so as to be capable of sliding in the groove portion, the joint device allowing engagement between the spindle shaft and one of the tool support shafts, and allowing turning of the turret head.

The cleaning apparatus for cleaning a workpiece by jetting cleaning liquid from nozzles disposed in a cleaning region includes: a feeding device that is disposed facing the cleaning region to hold and move the workpiece; a holding device that is disposed on the feeding device to hold the workpiece; a moving device that movably supports the feeding device; and a cover device that shields the moving device from the cleaning region E and allows the feeding device to pass therethrough. The feeding device moves the workpiece W to the cleaning region E for cleaning.

To provide a feeding device capable of driving an object with high accuracy while holding the object and controlling its attitude and capable of improving durability by separating a holding device and a driving device from each other, and an object driving device. The feeding device movably disposed through a cover device to face a work region shielded by the cover device, for holding an object, includes: a first rotary saddle that is rotatable about a first axis; a second rotary saddle disposed on the first rotary saddle and rotatable about a second axis perpendicular to the first axis; a holding device that holds the object; a first driving device disposed outward of the cover device with regarding the work region to rotate the first rotary saddle; and second driving device disposed outward of the cover device with respect to the work region to rotate the second rotary saddle.

A turret-type cleaning apparatus for using cleaning liquid, and deburring and cleaning a workpiece includes: cleaning tools for spraying the liquid onto the workpiece and deburring and/or cleaning it; a turret head freely turnable and where the tools are attached; a turret drive device connected to the head and for turning the head; a cleaning chamber where the head is arranged; a cleaning bath installed in the chamber; a drain port openably and closably provided below the bath and for draining the liquid from the bath; a first cleaning liquid supply flow passage configured to supply the liquid to one of the tools; a second cleaning liquid supply flow passage for supplying the liquid to the bath; and a cleaning liquid supply source for supplying the liquid to the first cleaning liquid supply flow passage and the second cleaning liquid supply flow passage.
