Provided is a solid-state battery having a bipolar electrode plate and capable of reducing the lamination space factor of a solid electrolyte and reducing electrical resistivity. The solid-state battery includes: a laminate including a positive electrode plate, at least one bipolar electrode plate, and a negative electrode plate that are laminated; and a solid electrolyte layer formed on a lamination surface of the at least bipolar electrode plate.

Provided is a solid electrolyte sheet having a self-supporting property while having a small thickness and flexibility. The solid electrolyte sheet is formed using a support having a specific porosity and a specific thickness. Specifically, the solid electrolyte sheet is formed in which a solid electrolyte is filled in a support having a porosity of 60% or more and 95% or less and a thickness of 5 &#x3bc;m or more and less than 20 &#x3bc;m.

A solid state battery includes: a first electrode piece in which a first electrode active material layer is formed on a first current collector layer; a second electrode piece in which a second electrode active material layer is formed on a second current collector layer; and a bag-shaped solid electrolyte layer which accommodates the first electrode piece, wherein the first electrode piece accommodated in the bag-shaped solid electrolyte layer and the second electrode piece are laminated so as to overlap each other in a plan view so that the first electrode active material layer and the second electrode active material layer are disposed so as to face each other with the solid electrolyte layer interposed therebetween.

Solid state battery and solid state battery manufacturing method

Provided is a secondary battery and a comb-type electrode. A negative electrode layer sheet formed by stacking a negative electrode active material layer on two surfaces of a negative electrode current collector and a positive electrode layer sheet formed by stacking a positive electrode active material layer on two surfaces of a positive electrode current collector are alternately stacked, and an electrolyte body is interposed between the negative electrode layer sheet and the positive electrode layer sheet adjacent in a stacking direction. Each of the negative electrode current collector and the positive electrode current collector includes a bent connecting part sandwiching a notch part and formed by bending two sides in directions opposite to each other. The bent connecting parts of the negative electrode current collectors adjacent in the stacking direction and the bent connecting parts of the positive electrode current collectors adjacent in the stacking direction are connected.

The disclosure provides a laminated battery that can realize a laminated structure in which electrode composite material portions are not displaced, can simplify the manufacturing process, and has improved production yield, and provides a manufacturing method thereof. The current collector plate arrangement structure of the bipolar solid-state battery includes a battery cell stack formed by stacking a plurality of solid-state battery cells each including a positive electrode active material layer, a negative electrode active material layer, and a solid electrolyte layer disposed between the positive electrode active material layer and the negative electrode active material layer and in contact with the positive electrode active material layer and the negative electrode active material layer. The bipolar solid-state battery includes a positive electrode current collector and a negative electrode current collector on a side surface with respect to a stacking direction. Current collector plates and of the solid-state battery cells are arranged on at least one of a front surface serving as one end surface in the stacking direction and a rear surface serving as the other end surface in the stacking direction.
