A saddle riding vehicle includes a steering handlebar, a pair of left and right handle posts that supports the handlebar, and a stay that supports an electric part. In the stator, the first and second core members are alternately disposed, with the coil on the side where the number of the winding layers of the first core member is larger and the coil on the side where the number of the winding layers of the second core member is smaller opposed to each other.

This invention reduces the shaft voltage of an axial-air-gap dynamo-electric machine while ensuring high output and high efficiency. Said axial-air-gap dynamo-electric machine comprises the following: a stator comprising a plurality of stator cores, each of which comprises a core and a coil, arranged in a circle around a shaft; a housing, the inside surface of which faces the stator radially; and at least one rotor, the surface of which faces the surface of the stator with a prescribed air gap interposed therebetween in the radial direction of the shaft. The rotor has, on the outside thereof, a conductive section comprising a conductive member. This axial-air-gap dynamo-electric machine has a first region where the inside surface of the housing faces the aforementioned conductive section radially and a second region, closer to the stator than the first region is, that extends to the coil side surfaces that face the rotor. The proportion of connecting wires in the second region is higher than in the first region.

An object of the present invention is to produce composite resin particles in which the original physical properties of PTFE derived from fine powder are maintained, and the present invention provides a method for producing composite resin particles, wherein the method includes: a first step in which fine powder containing polytetrafluoroethylene obtained by emulsion polymerization is pulverized in the presence of a ketone-based solvent; a second step in which the pulverized fine powder and a carbon nanomaterial are dispersed in the ketone-based solvent to produce a composite resin particles dispersion; a third step in which the composite resin particles are produced by removing the ketone-based solvent from the composite resin particle dispersion; and wherein the fine powder is pulverized so as to have an average particle diameter of 50 &#x3bc;m or less, and a temperature of the ketone-based solvent used in the first step is set to 20&#xb0; C. or less.

A conventional axial gap rotary electric machine does not consider winding movement caused by resin molding in the vicinity of a lead-out part provided to a housing. In order to solve the problem, the axial gap rotary electric machine according to the present invention includes a stator which is formed by circularly arranging a plurality of core units having coils about a rotation shaft and which has a connecting wire that fastens, for each layer, coil rising wires from the plurality of core units, and the axial gap rotary electric machine has a configuration in which: the housing has a lead-out part through which the connecting wire is taken out to the outside of the housing; and the stator is arranged such that the region where the coil rising wire from the core unit is fastened with the connecting wire is located so as to avoid the region opposed to the lead-out part, the stator being integrally molded.

The purpose of the present invention is to ensure reliability and installation space reduction of crossover wires of an axial gap type rotary electric machine. An axial gap type rotary electric machine having: a stator which is constructed by annularly arranging multiple core units about an axis of rotation, each of the core units having at least a core, windings disposed around the outer periphery of the core, and crossover wires leading out from the windings; at least one rotor which faces an axial end surface of the cores with a gap therebetween; and a rotary shaft which rotates along with the rotor. The axial end surface side and the outer diameter side of the stator, is provided with multiple wiring support sections, each having an arc-shaped base part extending in a rotational direction along the annular shape of the outer diameter side of the stator, wherein the base part has a length extending over the outer diameter-side end surfaces of two or more adjoining core units and a predetermined axial width, and is equipped with multiple axial grooves for guiding the crossover wires in the rotational direction which are disposed on the opposite surface of the base from the rotary shaft. The rotary electric machine has a molding resin for integrally molding the wiring support sections with the stator.

An axial-air-gap rotating electric machine with a stator bobbin is provided. The bobbin renders the respective turn counts of windings in the machine the same and minimizes the lengths of connecting wires between continuous windings regardless of the continuous turn count, the direction in which each winding is wound, and whether the number of stages is odd or even. The bobbin, which has a tubular shape that substantially matches the exterior shape of a core, is provided with flanges that extend outwards from near the respective openings in the bobbin. One of the flanges has two first notches, and the other flange has a second notch. The axial positions of the starting and finishing ends of coils on adjacent stator cores are the same, and the flanges containing the notches through which the ends of the coils are run are on the same side with respect to the openings.

An axial-air-gap motor, provided with: a plurality of stator cores, a stator, and one or more rotors. The stator cores are provided with a teeth iron core having the shape of an approximate trapezoidal cylinder, a bobbin covering at least the vicinity of both end parts of the outer periphery of the teeth iron core, flange parts provided in the vicinity of the portions of the bobbin that cover the both end parts of the outer periphery of the teeth iron core so as to extend for a predetermined length in a direction perpendicular to the outer periphery of the teeth iron core, and at least one protrusion further extending from the tip of the flange part in the direction of extension. The extension-direction tip of each of the protrusions is brought into contact, in the direction of rotation of an output shaft, with the extension-direction end part of the flange part of another stator core, the stator cores being arranged in an annular shape about the axial direction of the output shaft. The stator cores are integrally molded using a resin to form the stator. The one or more rotors are in a planar-faced configuration with the side surfaces of the end part of the teeth iron core, interposed by a predetermined air gap.
