To provide a technology that can suppress the reduction of an antenna gain while maintaining the quality of the design of the exterior furnishing of the antenna. Provided is an antenna apparatus including: an antenna module that includes a first slot antenna that transmits or receives a first wireless signal, a first feed element that supplies power to the first slot antenna, a second slot antenna that transmits or receives a second wireless signal having a polarization direction orthogonal to a polarization direction of the first wireless signal, and a second feed element that supplies power to the second slot antenna; and a metal plate that includes a first slot, and a second slot a longitudinal direction of which is orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the first slot.

Antenna apparatus

According to the present disclosure, provided is an antenna device including a first antenna that operates at a first frequency, and a second antenna that is provided adjacent to the first antenna, operates at a second frequency lower than the first frequency, and has a ground potential connected to a grounding wire provided at the first antenna.

A communication apparatus includes a plurality of antenna parts configured to receive or transmit a wireless signal, a communication control part configured to control transmitting or receiving the wireless signal via at least any of the plurality of antenna parts, and a casing housing the communication control part, in which each of the plurality of antenna parts is held near each of a plurality of partial regions normal directions of which cross each other or the normal directions of which are mutually twisted in outer faces of the casing, and transmit or receive a first wireless signal and a second wireless signal propagating in directions substantially orthogonal to the partial regions and having mutually different polarization directions.

[Problem] To prevent radiation waves from being reflected inside a casing when a plurality of antennas compatible with different frequencies are mounted. [Solution] According to the present disclosure, provided is an antenna apparatus including a first antenna that operates at a first frequency, and a second antenna that is arranged on an outer side of a casing relative to the first antenna, that operates at a second frequency lower than the first frequency, and that includes an opening in a radiation direction of the first antenna.

An antenna device that includes an antenna having a single feed and a shunt circuit. The shunt circuit includes a first shunt matching circuit causing impedance, viewed from a main path connecting the antenna and a radio frequency circuit, to be substantially infinite with respect to all frequency ranges handled by the antenna, and a second shunt matching circuit providing a predetermined impedance characteristic with respect to a first subset of the frequency ranges handled by the antenna. Each of the first and second shunt matching circuits are selectively connected to the main path, and a selection controller of the antenna device controls selection of which of the first and second shunt matching circuits are connected to the main path.
