Provided is a terminal device that is capable of improving the characteristics of a response signal having poor transmission characteristics when ARQ is utilized in communication using an uplink unit band and a plurality of downlink unit bands associated with the uplink unit band. At the time of channel selection, a control unit selects a resource used in sending a response signal from among specific PUCCH resources notified in advance from a base station and PUCCH resources mapped to a CCE, and controls the transmission of the response signal. A response signal generating unit supports implicit signaling with respect to any given response signal, and at the same time as supporting LTE fallback from 2CC, uses a mapping method that, between bits, smooths the number of PUCCH resources that can determine ACK/NACK simply by determining the PUCCH resource regarding which the response signal had notified.

Communication apparatus and retransmission control method

The invention relates to a method for dynamically indicating a TDD reconfiguration to the mobile station by encoding the dynamic TDD re-configuration indication into the DCI or CRC calculated for the DCI. In one embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is implicitly encoded as an RNTI into the CRC, when scrambling the CRC for the DCI with a TDD-RNTI. In another embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is part of the DCI payload, while the CRC for the DCI is scrambled with a cell identifier, identifying the target cell for which the dynamic TDD re-configuration is to be applied. In still another embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is part of the DCI payload, where the DCI payload further includes an invalid parameter indicating to the mobile station that the DCI carries the TDD configuration indication.

Dynamic TDD uplink/downlink configuration using DCI

Provided is a terminal device with which deterioration in hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) retransmission performance can be inhibited by continuing a downlink (DL) HARQ process for DL data before and after changing the uplink link-DL configuration. In this device, a decoder stores, in a retransmission buffer, DL data transmitted from a base station, and decodes the DL data, and a wireless transmitter transmits a response signal generated using a DL-data-error detection result. A soft buffer is partitioned into a plurality of regions for each retransmission process on the basis of the highest values among retransmission process numbers respectively stated in a plurality of configuration patterns which can be set in the terminal.

The purpose of the present invention is to inhibit an increase in the amount of A/N resources, without changing the timing at which the error detection result of an SCell is notified when UL-DL configurations to be configured for each of the unit bands are different, from the timing at which the error detection result is notified when just a single unit band is configured. A control unit transmits, using a first unit band, a response signal including error detection results about data received with both the first unit band and a second unit band. In a first composition pattern set for the first unit band, an uplink communication subframe is set to be the same timing as at least an uplink communication subframe of a second composition pattern set for the second unit band.

Disclosed is a base station which transmits and retransmits to a terminal first and second downlink data in first and second component carriers, respectively, wherein a first configuration pattern of UL (uplink) and DL (downlink) subframes is set for the first component carrier and a second configuration pattern of UL and DL subframes is set for the second component carrier. The base station receives from the terminal in the first component carrier an ACK/NACK for the first and second downlink data received by the terminal, which stores retransmission data of the first and second downlink data in a soft buffer, wherein the soft buffer for the second downlink data is sized according to a maximum number of downlink HARQ retransmission processes executable in a reference configuration pattern of UL and DL subframes, and the reference configuration pattern is determined according to the first and second configuration patterns.

Buffer partitioning system and method

When downlink data allocation is indicated in an ePDCCH, this terminal device can determine PUCCH resources to be used in notification of response signals indicating results of error detection of downlink data without imposing scheduling restrictions on future DL subframes. In this device, an extraction unit receives downlink data on multiple unit bands. A CRC unit detects errors in the downlink data. A response signal generation unit generates a response signal by using the results of error detection of the downlink data obtained by the CRC unit. The control unit arranges the response signal in the PUCCH resources corresponding to the current DL subframe.

Terminal device, base station device, and uplink response signal transmission method

The present invention pertains to a terminal device, which, when ARQ is used for communication that uses an uplink unit band and a plurality of downlink unit bands associated with the uplink unit band, and when a transmission mode that supports up to 2 TB in a PCell is set in the terminal, is capable of reducing the amount of signaling from a base station while eliminating a lack of PUCCH resources when semi-permanent scheduling (SPS) is used in the PCell. A control unit in this device selects one value among values obtained by adding 1 to four PUCCH resource indexes, which have been preset for PUCCH resource 1 by the base station, on the basis of values for transmission power control information (TPC command for PUCCH) in a PDCCH, for which notification has been received at the start of SPS.

Provided is a terminal apparatus that, when two terminals having mutually different subframe structure patterns are coexistent, can suppress DCI scheduling constraints of those terminals in a base station. In a terminal, a signal separation unit separates, from a received signal, both a response signal assigned to a first resource determined on the basis of a number of resources associated with the first subframes in which the signal was received and downstream control information assigned to a second resource. It should be noted that at a timing when both a first structure pattern that has been set in the terminal and a second structure pattern that has been set in another terminal that cannot change the setting of the structure pattern are the first subframes, the signal separation unit uses a number of resources associated with the first subframes of the second structure pattern.

Terminal apparatus, base station apparatus, reception method and transmission method

The purpose of the present invention is to avoid ACK/NACK collision in a system in which E-PDCCH control information is transmitted, increase the utilization efficiency of ACK/NACK resources, and suppress unnecessary PUSCH band reduction. A wireless communications terminal having a configuration comprising: a reception unit that receives control signals including ACK/NACK indexes, via an expanded physical downlink control channel; a control unit that determines, on the basis of the ACK/NACK indexes, whether to use a dynamically allocated dynamic ACK/NACK resource or a specified resource specified beforehand, to send downlink data ACK/NACK signals; and a transmission unit that sends the ACK/NACK signals using the dynamic ACK/NACK resource or the specified resource, as determined.
