An automatic analyzer includes: a diluted sample holding unit configured to hold dilution containers into which a diluted sample is dispensed; a reaction container holding unit configured to hold reaction containers; a dispensing device configured to dispense the diluted sample from the dilution containers to the reaction containers; a measuring unit configured to perform optical measurement of the diluted sample reacted with reagents corresponding to test items in the reaction containers; a storage unit configured to store information on the diluted sample associated with each of the dilution containers; and a dispensing control unit. The dispensing control unit extracts a dilution container for collecting the diluted sample for retest by searching for the information on the diluted sample stored in the storage unit, and causes the dispensing device to perform a retest dispensing process.

The invention provides an object display system for calculating a set of object data including object identification data, vertical display position data and horizontal display position data for each of objects to be displayed and displaying the image of that object on a raster display, based on the calculated object data, the object display system having a shape generator pre-registered with the image of each object as block information represented by binary pixel data which are representative of transparent and opaque sections of the image, said shape generator being adapted to output the binary pixel data corresponding to one horizontal scan in the block of the object as transparent or opaque data for each pixel. By the shape generator judging whether each of pixels is transparent or opaque, the system can have very decreased amount of data required to perform the judgement and be of the entire simplified structure with decreased cost. Furthermore, the above judgement can be performed more rapidly.

Object display system

An analog signal synthesizing apparatus includes a waveform memory for storing a plurality of analog signals as PCM data sampled with different sampling frequencies, the amount of PCM data corresponding to plural channels being read from the waveform memory and used to synthesize the analog signals. The analog signal synthesizing apparatus includes an oversampling device for shifting the sampling frequency of the PCM data read from the waveform memory for each channel toward the side of high frequency; a summing device for summing the oversampled PCM data for the respective channel; a D/A converter for converting the summed data into an analog signal; and a low-pass filter for setting a cut-off frequency based on the sampling frequency shifted to the side of high frequency and for eliminating aliasing noises included in the PCM data from the synthesized analog signal. The elimination of the aliasing noises included in the PCM data for each channel is carried out at the common low-pass filter.
