The disclosed technology is directed to an endoscopic image capturing device. The image capturing device comprises a first objective lens frame a first lens compartment housing therein first optical members of a first objective optical system and a second lens compartment housing therein second optical members of a second objective optical system that is positioned contiguously with the first objective optical system. A second objective lens frame is disposed for sliding movement with respect to the first objective lens frame in optical axis directions. An image capturing frame is disposed for sliding movement with respect to the second objective lens frame in the optical axis directions and housing therein an image capturing device that has an image capturing surface onto which first and second optical images that has passed through the first and second objective optical systems are focused. A positioning member is disposed in the objective optical system hole.

Endoscopic image capturing device

An optical unit includes: an objective lens unit arranged on a distal end side; an image pickup unit arranged on a proximal end side of the objective lens unit; an optical frame; an image pickup device frame; a proximal-end-side outer circumferential face provided on a proximal end side of the optical frame; an inner circumferential face of a distal-end-side frame body provided on a distal end side of the image pickup device frame; a plurality of notches provided apart in a circumferential direction on an outer circumferential face of one of the frames, the plurality of notches having opening portions on end faces where the optical frame and the image pickup device frame face each other; and holding portions provided on an outer circumferential face of the other frame different from the one frame, the holding portions passing through the opening portions and being accommodated in the notches.

Optical unit

An endoscopic image pickup unit includes: a first fixed lens frame which holds a first objective lens group; a second fixed lens frame which, being fitted over the first fixed lens frame, holds a second objective lens group; a movable lens frame which, being installed in the second fixed lens frame so as to be able to move forward and backward along a photographic optical axis, holds a movable lens; and a deformation preventing member which, being interposed between a distal end body and the second fixed lens frame, prevents the second fixed lens frame from being deformed by fixing force of the fixing member when the endoscopic image pickup unit is fixed to the distal end body.

Endoscopic image pickup unit

A lens drive control apparatus of the present invention controls a lens drive system that has a lens frame that holds a lens so as to be movable forward and backward in an optical axis direction of an optical lens, and a transmitting member that transmits to the lens frame a driving force generated by a strain deformation of a shape memory alloy member that exhibits a predetermined hysteresis characteristic between a temperature and an amount of deformation. The lens drive control apparatus includes a control section that, at a timing at which an instruction that causes the lens frame to move forward or backward stops, performs control that changes a temperature of the shape memory alloy member to a temperature belonging to a dead zone of the predetermined hysteresis characteristic.

An actuator apparatus of the present invention includes a movable body that is arranged so as to be movable forward or rearward, and a shape memory alloy wire that is provided directly or indirectly to the movable body so as to enter a non-tension state at an ordinary temperature. The shape memory alloy wire is subjected to expansion/contraction control in which an electric current is applied thereto from a power supply portion of an external control circuit portion to change a temperature thereof to a predetermined temperature.
