An injecting machine includes an injection cylinder, a plunger, a plunger moving mechanism, and a mixing mechanism. The plunger is reciprocally received in the injection cylinder for moving between an advanced position and a retracted position, with the injecting a liquid mixture of two different liquid materials as the plunger moves to the advanced position. The plunger moving mechanism causes the plunger to move between the advanced position and the retracted position. The mixing mechanism is disposed on the injection cylinder for mixing the two different liquid materials together to feed the liquid mixture into the injection cylinder. The plunger includes a front portion having a helical groove formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof to allow the liquid mixture fed from the mixing mechanism to pass through the helical groove for collecting in a forward space formed forward of the front portion of the plunger.

Injecting machine for injecting mixture of two different liquids in first-in and first-out manner

An injecting machine for two different liquid material includes an injection cylinder having a nozzle disposed on a distal end thereof. A plunger is reciprocally received in the injection cylinder for undergoing reciprocating movement between an advanced position and a retracted position, with the plunger injecting a liquid mixture of the two different liquid materials as the plunger moves to the advanced position. A moving mechanism causes the plunger to reciprocate between the advanced position and the retracted position. A mixing mechanism is disposed on the injection cylinder for mixing the two different liquid materials together to feed the liquid mixture into the injection cylinder. A support plate supports a proximal portion of the injection cylinder. The mixing mechanism is supported in its entirety by the injection cylinder.

Injecting machine for two different liquid materials having mixing mechanism supported entirely by injection cylinder

An injection molding apparatus has at least two mold clamping mechanisms for clamping respective molds. A hydraulic pressure supply source supplies hydraulic pressure to the at least two mold clamping mechanisms to clamp the respective molds. A a hydraulic-pressure-supply-destination selection section is configured to allow hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic pressure supply source to be selectively supplied to any one of the two mold clamping mechanisms. At least two injecting machines are configured to inject resin material to the respective molds clamped by the respective two mold clamping mechanisms. A non-hydraulic power supply source drives the at least two injecting machines to inject the resin material.

Injection molding apparatus

In a liquid resin molding apparatus including a mold, an injection machine, a metering/supplying mechanism for metering a liquid resin material and supplying a metered amount of liquid resin material to the injection machine, and a pump for pressure-feeding the liquid resin material to the metering/supplying mechanism, the pump is a piston pump having a piston and an actuator for reciprocating the piston, and a discharge pressure of the piston pump is set to be at least 1.5 times a supply pressure with which the liquid resin material is supplied to the metering/supplying mechanism. A pressure reducing valve is disposed in a supply path extending from the piston pump to the metering/supplying mechanism, so as to reduce a pressure of the liquid resin material from the discharge pressure to the supply pressure.

Liquid resin molding apparatus

A liquid resin molding system has a stationary platen and a movable platen mounted for undergoing movement relative to the stationary platen. A mold has at least one cavity and includes a first mold member attached to the movable platen and a second mold member attached to the stationary platen. An injection nozzle is attached to the movable platen and is configured to receive a liquid resin and to inject the liquid resin into the mold cavity. A nozzle touch mechanism is attached to the movable platen for pressing the injection nozzle against the mold.

Liquid resin molding system

A liquid resin material molding system includes a mold, a mold clamping device for clamping the mold, and a supply device for supplying a liquid resin material to the mold. The supply device includes an agitation-mixing mechanism for agitation-mixing of a liquid resin material of an additive added to a main component, a pump mechanism for feeding the liquid material mixture obtained thereby, and a fixed-quantity metering/supply mechanism for metering a fixed quantity of the liquid material mixture fed thereto via a first flow passage by the pump mechanism, for intermittent supply to the mold through a second flow passage.

Liquid resin material molding system

Injection molding of a product and compressive decoration molding of a surface of the molded product are performed using individual cavity molds. A decorative film can be molded efficiently with a thermosetting coating material under suitable temperature control regardless of the shape of the molded product. An injection cavity mold and a decoration cavity mold are employed. The injection cavity mold is set at a hardening temperature of a thermoplastic resin. The decoration cavity mold is set at a thermosetting temperature of a coating material. A molded product is injection-molded in the cavity mold for injection molding and released from the mold. A decorative coating material composed of a liquid thermosetting composition is mounted at least on a part of the top of the injection-molded product. The molded product is located within the cavity mold for decoration molding. A thin decorative film is decoration-molded over the surface of the injection molded product by compression spreading the coating material within the cavity mold for decoration molding over the whole surface to be decorated. The coating material is composed of a liquid thermosetting composition that substantially contains no volatile component having a boiling point below the thermosetting temperature set on the cavity mold for decoration molding.
