In a multilayer fabric for nonwoven fabric, an upper-surface-side fabric formed from upper-surface-side warps (Ub,U,U,U,U',Ub,U,U,U,U′) and upper-surface-side wefts (′U,′U,′U,′U) and a lower-surface-side fabric formed from lower-surface-side warps (Lb,L,L,Lb,L,L) and lower-surface-side wefts (′L,′L,′L,′L) are bound together. First warps (Ub,Ub) of the upper-surface-side warps serve as first binding yarns that bind the upper-surface-side fabric and the lower-surface-side fabric, and second warps (Lb,Lb) of the lower-surface-side warps serve as second binding yarns that bind the upper-surface-side fabric and the lower-surface-side fabric. A high-friction yarn is used as at least some of the upper-surface-side warps.

Multilayer fabric for nonwoven fabric

According to the present invention, the curling or lifting of webs that occurs during the production nonwoven fabrics, and wrinkles that form on the surface of nonwoven fabrics are prevented. Also, the webs can be easily taken off without making grip stronger than necessary. The present invention pertains to an industrial fabric formed by weaving warp and weft, wherein an embossed pattern having a concavo-convex shape is formed in the vicinity of the apex of a knuckle portion exposed on the surface side of the warp and/or weft. In particular, the industrial fabric is characterized in that the warp and/or weft having the embossed pattern are plastic monofilaments.

Industrial fabric

The object of the present invention is to provide a two-layer fabric for manufacturing a unwoven fabric which can reduce the sticking of the fiber generated upon the manufacturing of the unwoven fabric, while add the excellent lateral rigidity, the excellent diagonal rigidity, and the excellent sheet supportability to the two-layer fabric for manufacturing the unwoven fabric. In the two-layer fabric for manufacturing the unwoven fabric comprising a right surface side layer consisting of wefts of the right surface side and warps of the right surface side, and a back surface side layer consisting of wefts of the back surface side and warps of the back surface side, the two-layer fabric for manufacturing the unwoven fabric further comprises a first pair of wefts in which a binding warp on the right surface side serving as a binding yarn and a binding warp on the back surface side serving as a binding yarn are arranged in a substantially vertical direction, a second pair of warps in which a warp on the right surface side and a warp on the back surface side are arranged in a vertical direction to be overlapped with each other, and a third pair of warps in which two warps on the right surface side are arranged adjacent to each other.

Two-layer fabric for unwoven fabric

The object of the present invention is to provide an industrial two-layered fabric including binding wefts which is capable of improving a high adhesivity of the fabric on the front and back surface sides and the supportability of the warps, without deteriorating the surface smoothness, the abrasion resistance on the back surface side, the extension resistance in the longitudinal direction and the hydration property, which have been conventionally desired. The industrial two-layered fabric includes a first pair of warps consisting of a warp on the front surface side that weaves only a weft on the front surface side and a warp on the back surface side that weaves only the back surface side, and a second pair of warps consisting of a binding warp on the front surface side and a binding warp on the back surface side which functions to bind the fabric on the front surface side and the fabric on the back surface side, the one of the binding warp constituting the second pair of the warps consecutively forms a plurality of knuckles on the fabric on the front surface side, while the other of the binding warps does not emerge on the front surface side at a portion where a plurality of knuckles are formed by the one of the binding warp, and the other binding warp consecutively forms a plurality of knuckles on the fabric on the front surface side, while the one binding warp does not emerge on the front surface side, whereby a complementary structure is formed, the diameter of the warp on the front surface side is set to be substantially the same as the diameter of the binding warp, and the diameter of the warp on the back surface side is set to be larger than the diameter of the binding warp on the front surface side.

Industrial two-layer fabric

An industrial two-layered fabric comprising an upper surface side fabric having an upper surface side warp and at least an upper surface side weft, and a lower surface side fabric comprising at least a lower surface side warp and at least a lower surface side weft bound by at least an upper surface side biding yarn and at least a lower surface side binding yarn, said industrial two-layered fabric is constituted by at least first pair of warps in which the upper surface side warp and the lower surface side warp are vertically arranged, at least second pair of warps in which the upper surface side binding yarn functioning as a binding yarn and the lower surface side binding yarn functioning as a binding yarn are vertically arranged, and at least third pair of warps where two upper surface side warps are adjacently arranged, said industrial two-layered fabric further comprises at least an auxiliary weft which isn't exposed to a surface of the fabric without being woven with any warp.

Industrial two-layered fabric

An industrial two-layer fabric of the contact-yarn binding type without independent binding yarns, at both ends. The upper surface side warp serving as the warp fabric yarn-contact binding yarn is not woven into the upper surface side weft at one or more points of a complete structure, and extends toward the lower surface side instead and is woven into the lower surface side weft at the lower surface side, and then, extends toward the upper surface sides to be woven into other upper surface side weft, while, the lower surface side warp is not woven into the lower surface side weft at a point where the upper surface side warp serving as the warp fabric yarn-contact binding yarn is woven into the lower surface side weft at the lower surface side, and extends toward the upper surface side instead to be woven into the upper surface side weft which is not woven into the upper surface side warp, at the upper surface side, and then extends toward the lower surface side to be woven into other lower surface side weft. The industrial two-layer fabric forms a joint loop by at least one end portion of the warp being turned back at both end portions in its longitudinal direction, and at least a longitudinal yarn in a complete structure includes at least one warp which forms a pair arranged to be opposite to the warp which is turned back for forming the joint loop, and, in a longitudinal structure, the number of knuckles of one of the warps forming the pair is the same as that of the other of the warps forming the pair and distances between said adjacent knuckles are substantially the same.

An industrial two-layer fabric has an inner space between an upper side fabric and a lower side fabric. Some or all of upper side wefts or lower side wefts are secondary wefts interwoven with upper side warps or lower side warps so as to make the number of warps passing on an upper surface of the upper side fabric or passing on a lower surface of the lower side fabric larger than that on an inner space side of the upper or lower side fabric and a long crimp in the inner space is formed by the secondary weft.
