In order to enable efficient operation and reliable heat dissipation in a transmission, a pumping device () for lowering the internal pressure in a transmission () is equipped with a suction line (), which leads from a suction point () on a connection side () to a discharge point () on a discharge side (), a pump () for generating negative pressure at the suction point (), a pump drive () for driving the pump (), and an oil separator () connected upstream or downstream of the pump () in the suction line () that separates oil contained in the suction flow and returns it via a return line () to the connection side (), and a check valve () connected downstream, preferably directly downstream, of the pump (). A transmission () with such a pumping device (), a use of a pumping device () and a method for reducing power losses in a transmission () are disclosed.

A vacuum pump having a housing which limits a working space and having a rotor, rotatably mounted in the housing about a rotor axis, the rotor guides a vane being movably mounted in the radial direction, the vane has a transverse extent, and the vane divides the working space into a suction side having a suction inlet and a pressure side having a pressure outlet, the housing has at least one oil outlet, the oil outlet is closed by a relief valve, the relief valve assumes an open position, when a limit pressure lying above a nominal pressure is exceeded in the working space, and the transverse extent of the vane is large enough that when the vane passes the oil outlet, the oil outlet is closed by the vane, so that there is no fluid connection between the suction side and the pressure side over the oil outlet.

A pump device having a drive shaft which has a drive section that can be coupled with a drive system. The pump device includes a vacuum pump that can be driven by the drive shaft. The vacuum pump includes a rotor and at least one blade that can be moved in radial direction in the rotor and that divides pressure chambers. The pump device also includes a lubrication pump that can be driven by the drive shaft. The vacuum pump is arranged between the drive section and the lubrication pump. A locking device is provided between the rotor and the lubrication pump in which, when activated, the at least one blade remains in a radially internal position when the rotor is rotating.

The vane can be rotated about an axis of rotation by a rotor in a pump chamber and guided in the longitudinal direction in the rotor, with an upper side and a lower side to abut against the bottom and the ceiling of the pump chamber, with a rear side opposite a front side to limit the pressure chambers, with at least one face to slidably abut against an inside wall of the pump chamber on the casing side. The vane comprises a base body of a first plastic material and a vane end molded of a second plastic material to the base body forming the face. The base body comprises a mounting section around which the vane end is formed. The mounting section comprises at least one recess transverse to the front side and/or the rear side.

A vane pump includes at least one vane, a pump housing with a bottom and a lid, and a rotor rotatably mounted in the pump housing, with the at least one vane being slidingly mounted in a groove in the rotor and having at least one vane tip which protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the rotor and rests upon the inner peripheral surface of the pump housing so that the vane defines with the bottom and the lid an intake chamber and a pressure chamber to respectively interact with a radially outer inlet opening and outlet opening in the bottom and/or in the lid, wherein the rotor is provided on the peripheral edge with a chamfer in facing relationship to the housing bottom and/or the housing lid having the inlet opening and/or outlet opening.

The invention relates to a vacuum pump, in particular a vane pump, having a pump housing in which an intake chamber is provided, and a pump housing opening which feeds into the intake chamber, wherein an intake check valve is arranged in the pump housing opening and communicates with the atmosphere or feeds into an external vacuum chamber, with the intake check valve being accommodated in a pot-shaped valve housing, and with the pot-shaped valve housing having a housing bottom and a housing jacket, wherein the housing bottom is connectable to the housing jacket and the housing bottom can be snapped onto the housing jacket.

The disclosure relates to a vane cell pump having an external rotor, an internal rotor and a plurality of vanes which are secured in a pivotable manner on the external rotor and which are displacably mounted in a radial manner in the inner rotor, essentially in radial slots. The external rotor is guided along the inner circumferential surface of a stator. The axis of the stator and the axis of the internal rotor are offset in relation to each other, and the stator can be adjusted in the radial direction in relation to the internal rotor and can be modified by the offset. Said stator is partially enclosed by a clamp which is mounted in a pivotable bearing in the housing of the vane cell pump. The clamp includes clamp arms which protrude on both sides of the pivotable bearing, which partially enclose, respectively, the stator.

The disclosure relates to a feed pump for hydraulic media having an input and an output. A pressure-reducing element is connected to the output, at the output of the element the system pressure being present and the output being connected to a consumer, wherein the output is connected to the first input of a pump controller, the second input being connected to the output of the pressure-reducing element, and wherein the pump controller adjusts the feed pump toward maximum delivery if the system pressure is smaller than a minimum pressure or if the system pressure is smaller than the feed pressure, and wherein parallel to the pump controller a pressure limiter is switched such that at the first input thereof the feed pressure is present and at the control input the system pressure is present, wherein the pressure limiter opens if the feed pressure is greater than a desired value.
