An electrical energy store for a motor vehicle includes a plurality of components belonging to the energy store, a store housing on and/or in which the components belonging to the energy store are arranged, and at least one distribution network for distributing substances and/or energy and/or information, which distribution network is arranged in the store housing and has at least one line which belongs to the energy store and, for the purpose of transferring substances and/or energy and/or information, is coupled to at least one of the components belonging to the energy store, wherein the at least one distribution network has at least one line that is extraneous to the energy store and is intended to transfer substances and/or energy and/or information between components of the motor vehicle that are extraneous to the energy store and are outside the store housing.

A container for a refrigerated fluid having an external container and an internal container between which an evacuated intermediate space is situated, which contains a superinsulator formed by several, separated layers of foil provided with a metal layer, is used as a storing device for electric energy. The foils act as foil capacitors and are electrically contacted so that an electric voltage can be applied to corresponding electric terminals on the exterior side of the container. In the container, a metal layer can be provided on both surfaces of the foil(s), and the foil(s) may consist of a material with a semiconductor characteristic. The foil capacitors are electrically connectable in series or parallel, and the electrical contacting of the foil metal surfaces can take place via a suspension structure of the internal container in the external container.

Switching device for linking various electrical voltage levels in a motor vehicle, in which a drive voltage level has an electric drive machine which may be actuated by a power converter, and a drive energy accumulator which is associated with an intermediate circuit, and in which the drive voltage level is connected to a vehicle electrical system voltage level by an electrical converter. The electrical converter is designed as a coupling circuit which is connected at the drive side to at least one node point of a winding circuit of the electric drive machine and to a voltage potential relative to the intermediate circuit. The coupling circuit is connected at the vehicle electrical system side to the vehicle electrical system via a switching unit which has at least one non-diminishing, finite impedance.

A drive unit is provided including a synchronous machine, a pulse counter unit for detecting a rotor position during the running operation of the synchronous machine, and a control unit. The control unit is constructed such that, with the start of the operation of the synchronous machine, the stator winding of the synchronous machine is energized such that the rotor aligns itself corresponding to a magnetic preference direction parallel to the direction of the magnetic stator field generated by the energizing. In addition, the pulse counter unit is set to a defined starting value.

A method for compensating for scatter/reflection effects in particle beam lithography includes the following steps: providing at least one layer of a material that is sensitive to particle beams, using at least one particle beam to write predetermined patterns in a limited area of the material that is sensitive to particle beams, and using at least one particle beam to write at least one frame, which surrounds the limited area, into the material that is sensitive to particle beams so that variations in the background dose within the limited area are less than 30% of the maximum background dose within the limited area. This provides the advantage that a considerably more homogeneous background dose and hence considerably less variation in the CD measure, can be produced within the area that is written to by the particle beam, in a simple and cost-effective manner.

In an integrated simulation method and system, first points, which are subjected to a first entity, and second points, with a second entity as the output variable, are defined. The second points are subdivided into a first subset and a second subset, and the second points of the first subset are subjected to a similar operation. The calculation of the transfer functions between pairs of points takes place with a simulation program, so that corresponding matrices of transfer functions result. Corresponding matrices are also generated with regard to further entities. The corresponding vector models and matrices can be linked up with one another to generate flexible system models.

An exposure mask has a phase mask and a phase-shifting dummy structure. The exposure mask can be repaired with regard to defects in the dummy structure. For that purpose, repair structures are applied on the exposure mask substrate material which have a lower phase shift compared to the dummy structures. The repair structure is preferably produced from carbon, the carbon being applied in a suitable layer thickness such that the repair structure no longer permits any transmission. In a preferred embodiment, the repair structure is arranged laterally offset with respect to the defect in the dummy structure.
