A comminuting device for solids-conducting liquids includes a housing with an inlet opening, an outlet opening and a housing interior space which extends from the inlet opening to the outlet opening. A first comminuting shaft arranged for rotation about a first comminuting shaft axis, and a second comminuting shaft arranged for rotation about a second comminuting shaft axis each extend through the housing interior space. A first screen device is arranged in the housing interior space adjacently with respect to the first comminuting shaft with a first screen wall having a multiplicity of slots. A first evacuating device with a plurality of evacuating elements which can be moved along a movement path relative to the screen wall extends through the plurality of slots on at least one portion of the movement path.

Comminuting device

A seal assembly for sealing a pump shaft in a rotary piston pump configured for conveying pump-conveyed fluid comprises a sealing-fluid pump device having a pump inlet and a pump outlet. A blocking chamber is connected to the pump outlet and is disposed so as to neighbor the pump chamber of the rotary piston pump and is sealed in relation to the pump chamber by means of a first shaft seal that encloses the pump shaft. The blocking chamber by way of the pump outlet is impinged with a fluid pressure resulting from the fluid pressure differential that is generated by the sealing-fluid pump device, whereby said fluid pressure interacts with the first seal assembly to seal the pump chamber in relation to the egress of pump-conveyed fluid from the pump chamber along the pump shaft.

A comminution device comprises a plurality of first cutting elements having first serrated cutting edges disposed on a first circular path; a second cutting element having a second serrated cutting edge corresponding to the first serrated cutting edges for cutting through cutting material, the second cutting element being displaceable about an axis of rotation on a second circular path concentric with the first circular path. The second serrated cutting edge comprises a plurality of jags and each jag comprises a radially inner flank and a radially outer flank, each at an angle to the axis of rotation. A drive rotationally drives the second cutting element about the axis of rotation and an adjustment mechanism by which the plurality of first cutting elements and the second cutting element are displaceable relative to each other axially in the direction of the axis of rotation, that a cutting gap between them is adjustable.

Fine comminutor

A comminuting device for solids-conducting liquids includes a housing with an inlet opening, an outlet opening, and a housing interior extending from the inlet opening to the outlet opening, a first comminuting shaft extending through the housing interior and arranged to rotate about a first comminuting axis. A second comminuting shaft extends through the housing interior and is arranged to rotate about a second comminuting axis. A screening device has a screening wall comprising a plurality of slots arranged in the housing interior adjacent to the first comminuting shaft. A clearing device has a plurality of clearing elements which can be moved relative to the screening wall along a movement path and which extend through the plurality of slots starting from a clearing shaft arranged on one side of the filter wall to at least one portion of the movement path.

A dual-shaft shredder for comminuting solids or solids in liquids comprises a housing defining an interior comminuting space, an inlet opening, an outlet opening, and a first and second cutting disc block each having a plurality of cutting discs disposed on a hub body such that an intermediate space is present between each two adjacent cutting discs. Some of the first cutting discs each engage in the intermediate space between two adjacent second cutting discs and some of the second cutting discs each engage in the intermediate space between two adjacent first cutting discs. A first shaft stub and a second shaft stub extend into an axial recess of the first and second cutting disc blocks for transmitting torques, and a first clamping device and a second clamping device clamp the shaft stubs against the cutting disc blocks.

The present invention concerns a solids discharge module () for discharging solids out of devices () carrying mixed fluid, in particular comminuting devices for solids contents in a mixed fluid, comprising a solids inlet (), coupling means () for connecting the solids inlet () to a device () carrying a mixed fluid, a solids outlet (), a closing member () which is arranged at the solids outlet () and is reciprocable between a release position and a blocking position, and a conveyor chamber () extending from the solids inlet () to the solids outlet (). According to the invention it is proposed that a filling state detector () is provided which is adapted to detect and display a solids accumulation in the conveyor chamber ().
