Guide arrangement for marine risers, in particular for offshore oil and gas operations. The guide arrangement has at least one guide structure () for a length of riser, a frame assembly (A-D) for supporting said guide structure, anchor means () at the seabed, tether means () connecting said frame assembly to said anchor means, and a buoyancy element () for keeping said guide structure () at a desired level in the sea during operation. The guide structure () is pivotably supported by said frame assembly (A-D) with a pivot axis (P,P) being substantially horizontal.

Guide arrangement

A subsea cable () designed to extend from a floating structure () on the sea surface down to a subsea structure () on the sea floor with a first portion () extending from the floating structure () to the sea floor and a second portion () laid in or on the sea floor has an outer sheath and cables and/or conduits inside said outer sheath. The second portion () of the subsea cable () is provided with at least one disc-shaped anchor () attached to the subsea cable () with clamps. The at least one disc-shaped anchor () makes movement of the second portion () more difficult.

Umbilical anchoring clamp

A flexible electrical elongated device is provided, suitable for service in a high mechanical load environment. The device has a longitudinal axis, and at least one elongated electrical conductor element. The device further has an elongated load bearing component along the longitudinal axis and has an external surface including at least one groove disposed along the longitudinal axis. The groove is designed for holding the conductor element within it while allowing the conductor element to move substantially radially when the device is bent.
