A finger trigger spray cap actuator and a separable overcap for a mounting cup on an aerosol container. The actuator comprises a spray cap actuator having a base, a collar, a finger trigger support, a finger trigger hingedly connected to the trigger support by a living hinge, and a finger grip depending from the finger trigger. The spray cap actuator has an operable position in which a central passage, formed through the base, engages with an integral down tube depending from the finger trigger, and a non-operable position in which the finger trigger is pivoted away from the lower base. The overcap has an interior space and an overcap support wall defines a receiving compartment for engaging with the spray cap actuator. When the spray cap actuator is folded into the operable position, the actuator can be inserted into the receiving compartment of the overcap and releasably retained therein.

An aerosol spray actuator for a pressurized aerosol canister and in particular trigger or button actuated spray actuators having three main parts to simplify the mechanical moving parts of a spray actuator. An actuator button, an actuator base and finally a nozzle piece being inserted at the very end of a product dispensing passage embodied either in the body or the trigger part. A mechanism for permitting and blocking the actuation of the spray actuator is also provided so that inadvertent operation of the actuator can be prevented.

A finger trigger spray cap actuator for use in conjunction with a mounting cup () on an aerosol container including a base () having an integral collar (), a finger trigger support (); a finger trigger () hingedly connected to the trigger support (), and a finger grip () depending from the finger trigger () and extending radially beyond the outer circumference of the collar (). The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing the finger trigger spray cap assembly including integrally molding a base portion () and finger trigger portion () as a single unit about a living hinge ().

A vertical cellular blind includes a headrail having first and second tracks; a fabric carriage including a trolley translatable along one of the tracks and a fabric stem releasable connected to the trolley; a cellular fabric panel connected to the fabric stem; a vertical rail bracket translatable along the other of the tracks in the headrail and including a component angularly adjustable relative to the headrail; a vertical rail attached to the panel and connected to the vertical rail bracket; a cord having ends secured in the headrail and extending through the panel and the vertical rail; and a locking handle in the vertical rail having the cord extended therethrough and releasable pinching means in the handle for engaging the cord.

A window blind assembly includes a headrail having a longitudinal axis, a bottom rail suspended below the headrail and a window covering material extending between the headrail and the bottom rail, the window covering material having an upper end attached to the headrail and a lower end attached to the bottom rail. The assembly also includes a traversable tube disposed in the headrail, the traversable tube having first and second ends. The assembly includes a threaded support rod secured to the headrail adjacent a first end of the tube, the threaded support rod being threadably coupled with the first end of the tube for providing traversing motion to the tube. The assembly also includes a spring motor secured to said headrail adjacent a second end of the tube. The spring motor has drive gears in communication with the second end of the traversable tube for selectively rotating the tube, whereby the drive gears rotate about respective axes that are substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the headrail.

A window covering, a lifting system for a window covering and a release mechanism for a lifting mechanism are disclosed. The window covering includes a head rail, a bottom rail, a window covering, a drive shaft and a lift cord attached to the bottom rail. The release mechanism includes a spring coupled to the drive shaft for preventing or allowing rotation. Methods of assembling and raising and lowering window coverings are also disclosed.

Window covering lifting system and method

A spray actuator for a pressurized aerosol canister that simplifies the mechanical moving parts of a spray actuator to a body and a trigger and a third nozzle piece being inserted at the very end of the product dispensing passage either in the body or the trigger. The moveable trigger rotates about a pivot or hinge point on the body and is biased by engagement with the valve stem or an additional spring return into a neutral unactuated position where the product is not dispensed. When dispensing of the product is desired, the user grasps the actuator and pulls the trigger against the body and overcomes the bias of the valve stem and the valve is actuated as discussed above to dispense the pressurized aerosol product.

A window blind assembly includes a headrail having a longitudinal axis extending between first and second ends thereof, a first tube rotatably mounted between the first and second ends of the headrail and a second tube rotatably mounted between the first tube and the second end of the headrail. The assembly also has a bottom rail suspended below the headrail, an intermediate rail suspended below the headrail and positioned between the headrail and the bottom rail, and a window covering material extending between the intermediate rail and the headrail, the window covering material having an upper end attached to the intermediate rail and a lower end attached to the bottom rail. The assembly further includes a first lift cord having an upper end secured to the first tube and a lower end secured to the intermediate rail, and a second lift cord having an upper end secured to the second tube and a lower end secured to the bottom rail, whereby the intermediate rail and the bottom rail are movable independently of one another.

A window covering including two sheets of material extending from a take-up member and having a plurality of substantially horizontal slats disposed between the sheets of material is described. The horizontal slats can be adjusted between open and closed positions when the window covering is in a plurality vertical positions. In certain embodiments, the horizontal slats can be positioned independently from the movement of the sheets of material.

The lifting mechanism includes main body, a pair of cord spools rotatably mounted to the main body, and a pair of coil springs that rotate a member separate from the cord spools, and the member rotates the spools to wind the cord onto the spools. The locking device includes a main body, a cord slot associated with the main body and a locking arm having a cord channel in sliding engagement with the main body and having a channel, and a biasing mechanism to move the cord channel out of alignment with the slot and releasably lock the cord in position

A ladder drum for a venetian blind, a venetian blind assembly utilizing a ladder drum and a method of assembling a venetian blind. The ladder drum includes pairs of slots for securing ladder lace cords. Each pair of slots includes a first slot that retains but does not grip the cord and a second slot for gripping the cord.
