A vacuum switch comprises a vacuum container, a grounding switch and a load switch disposed in the container, and an external connection conductor disposed in the vacuum container and to be connected electrically inside and outside the vacuum container, and it is characterized in that the grounding switch and the external connection conductor are electrically connected to each other in the vacuum container.

Vacuum switch

An electromagnet includes a coil, a movable iron core adapted to move on the center axis of the coil, and a stationary iron core provided so as to cover the upper and lower surfaces and the outer peripheral surface of the coil. A permanent magnet is arranged in a gap surrounded by the movable iron core and the stationary core.

Disclosed is a vacuum switchgear wherein a ground switch, a load switch, and an external connecting conductor to be electrically connected with the inside and outside of the vacuum container are provided in a vacuum container; the ground switch and the external connecting conductor are electrically connected in the vacuum container; and the vacuum container has a joint construction of a body portion having openings on both ends thereof, and a lid joined to the opening of the body.

Vacuum switchgear

A vacuum switch is composed by installing a vacuum circuit-breaker and a disconnector in different grounded vacuum vessels, respectively, and a vacuum-measurement device is attached to each grounded vacuum vessel. The above vacuum vessel communicates with one of the grounded vacuum vessels, and the degree of vacuum in the vacuum vessel can be directly measured and monitored.

In order to provide a vacuum switch suitable for a distribution and transformation system compatible between structural simplicity and reliability and a vacuum switchgear using the vacuum switch, the vacuum switch comprises switching portions installed in a grounded vacuum container; and a breaker, a grounding switch and an isolator as things having the switching portions, wherein the vacuum container is divided into at least two chambers, and the switching portion of the breaker is disposed in one of the chambers and the switching portions of the grounding switch and the isolator are disposed in the other of the chambers through an insulation body.

Vacuum switch and vacuum switch gear using the vacuum switch

In an insulated type switching device, during rotation of a movable conductor around a pivotal axis between a stationary conductor and a ground conductor all of which are disposed in a vacuum vessel the movable conductor uninterruptedly takes four positions of closing position Y , opening position Y , disconnecting position Y and grounding position Y , thereby a series of switching operations can be performed uninterruptedly, the operation and handling thereof are facilitated as well as the size of the insulated type switching device is reduced.

Insulated type switching device

In an insulated type switchgear device in which a pair of arc electrodes are separably disposed in an opposing manner in a vacuum tube, and having a movable conductor extending from a back face of a movable one of the arc electrodes to the outside of the vacuum tube, the pair of arc electrodes are designed to be separated through a rotation of the movable conductor around a predetermined main axis. The movable arc electrode is structured in such a manner that an electrode center of the movable arc electrode, when the movable arc electrode is brought into its circuit breaking position, is to be located near a center axis of the stationary arc electrode, whereby the center of the movable arc electrode is offset from the center axis of the stationary arc electrode when the pair of arc electrodes are brought into their circuit making position, and whereby an insulation type switchgear device is provided which suppresses a possible offsetting of arc electrodes at a circuit breaking position thereof, improves circuit breaking performance thereof, and permits downsizing thereof.

Insulated type switchgear device

In a vacuum type switch gear device an L shaped stationary and movable conductors arrangement, a transitive portion from one spiral arc groove to a neighboring another spiral arc groove on the surface of a movable electrode defined by the terminating end portion of the one spiral groove, the starting end of the adjacent neighboring other spiral groove and the outer circumferential edge portion of the movable electrode is arranged in a substantially overlapping relationship in a vertical direction with the movable conductor. Thus an adverse effect of a current loop flowing through the movable conductor against an arc generated between movable and stationary electrodes is limited to thereby improve the circuit breaking performance.

Vacuum type switch gear device having L shaped stationary and movable

In an insulated type switching device, during rotation of a movable conductor 19 around a pivotal axis 35 between a stationary conductor 16 and a ground conductor 17 all of which are disposed in a vacuum vessel 12, the movable conductor 19 uninterruptedly takes four positions of closing position Y.sub.1, opening position Y.sub.2, disconnecting position Y.sub.3 and grounding position Y.sub.4, thereby a series of switching operations can be performed uninterruptedly, the operation and handling thereof are facilitated as well as the size of the insulated type switching device is reduced.

A vacuum switch having a fixed side electrode unit and a movable side electrode unit mounted in a vacuum vessel. Each electrode unit includes an arc electrode, an arc electrode supporting member for supporting the arc electrode, a coil electrode and a conducting rod. Joining portions between the arc electrode and the arc electrode supporting member, the coil electrode and the conducting rod are integrally and directly formed metallurgically by solid phase diffusion using a hot isostatic process. A vacuum circuit breaker may be constructed incorporating the vacuum switch.

Vacuum circuit breaker with improved contact assembly

A transformer apparatus whose transformer and a plurality of circuit-breakers are individually accommodated in a plurality of different casings. The casings are stacked one above each other in a plurality of stages with gaps between two subsequent casings and between the casing in the lowermost stage and the floor surface on which the apparatus is mounted. When a specific casing among the plurality of casings which is in an intermediate stage is to be dismounted, support columns are disposed on the outside of the specific casing with their respective ends inserted into the relevant gaps in such a manner that the support columns support the upper subsequent casing, thereby enabling the intermediate casing to be dismounted and remounted.
