A light control film includes two transparent electroconductive resin substrates each having a transparent electroconductive film and a transparent resin substrate and a light control layer sandwiched between the transparent electroconductive film sides of the two transparent electroconductive resin substrates. The transparent electroconductive film of one transparent electroconductive resin substrate having a primer layer is cut through a cutting line to have a shape of a picture or character, and the cutting line is in a form that a start point for the cutting and an end point for the cutting make a closed region. The closed region of the picture of character is electrically insulated from the transparent electroconductive film around the shape of the picture or character. The light control film enables to improve adhesiveness between film matrix and substrates and to provide stable control function.

Light control film

There is provided a light control film having two transparent electroconductive resin substrates; and a light control layer sandwiched between the two transparent electroconductive resin substrates, the light control layer containing; a resin matrix; and a light control suspension dispersed in the resin matrix, wherein at least one of the transparent electroconductive resin substrates has, on the light control layer side thereof, a primer layer, and the primer layer is made of a thin film in which metal oxide fine particles are dispersed in an organic binder resin. The light control film may have the function improving adhesion between the film matrix and each substrates and performing stable light control function.

Disclosed is a light control film comprising: two transparent electroconductive resin substrates; and a light control layer sandwiched between the two transparent electroconductive resin substrates, the light control layer comprising: a resin matrix; and a light control suspension dispersed in the resin matrix, wherein at least one of the transparent electroconductive resin substrates has, on the light control layer side thereof, a primer layer, and the primer layer is made of a thin film comprising a material containing a (meth)acrylate having, in the molecule thereof, a hydroxyl group. Thus, it is possible to provide a light control film that improves the adhesion between a film matrix and a substrate, and that achieves a stable light control function.

Disclosed is a light control film, comprising: two transparent electroconductive resin substrates; and a light control layer sandwiched between the two transparent electroconductive resin substrates, the light control layer comprising: a resin matrix; and a light control suspension dispersed in the resin matrix, wherein at least one of the transparent electroconductive resin substrates has, on the light control layer side thereof, a primer layer, and the primer layer is made of a thin film comprising a material containing a urethane acrylate containing a pentaerythritol skeleton. A light control film includes two transparent electroconductive resin substrates each having a transparent electroconductive film and a transparent resin substrate; and a light control layer sandwiched between the transparent electroconductive film sides of the two transparent electroconductive resin substrates. The transparent electroconductive film of one transparent electroconductive resin substrate having a primer layer is cut through a cutting line to have a shape of a picture or character, and the cutting line is in a form that a start point for the cutting and an end point for the cutting make a closed region. The closed region of the picture of character is electrically insulated from the transparent electroconductive film around the shape of the picture or character. The light control film enables to improve adhesiveness between film matrix and substrates and to provide stable control function.

Disclosed is a light control film comprising: two of transparent conductive resin substrates each having a transparent conductive layer and a transparent resin substrate; and a light control layer interposed between the two transparent conductive resin substrates to be in contact with the transparent conductive layer sides, the light control layer containing: a resin matrix; and a light control suspension dispersed in the resin matrix, wherein: the transparent conductive layer contains an organic binder resin, and conductive particles dispersed in the organic binder resin, the mass ratio of the organic binder resin and the conductive particles is 50/50 to 10/90, and the entirety or a portion of the organic binder resin is composed of (meth)acrylate containing a hydroxyl group. The present invention can provide a light control film having excellent radio wave transparency and having satisfactory adhesiveness between the light control layer and the transparent conductive layer.

Disclosed is a light control film comprising: two of transparent conductive resin substrates each having a transparent conductive layer and a transparent resin substrate; and a light control layer interposed between the two transparent conductive resin substrates to be in contact with the transparent conductive layer sides, the light control layer containing: a resin matrix; and a light control suspension dispersed in the resin matrix, wherein the transparent conductive layer contains: an organic binder resin; and a conductive polymer. The present invention can provide a light control film having satisfactory adhesiveness between the light control layer and the transparent conductive layer and having excellent radio wave transparency.
