According to one embodiment, a stereoscopic video processor includes a mode setting module, an adjustment module, and a communication module. The mode setting module sets a mode from among a plurality of modes each specifying an adjustment amount related to the disparity between first stereoscopic video and second stereoscopic video. The adjustment module adjusts the disparity between the first stereoscopic video and the second stereoscopic video by an adjustment amount corresponding to the mode set by the mode setting module. The communication module communicates with stereoscopic glasses for viewing the first stereoscopic video and the second stereoscopic video the disparity between which is adjusted by the adjustment module.

Light from a first excitation light source is incident on one facet of a first optical fiber. A core is doped with a first rare earth substance. A resonant section induces light resonance in the core to generate resonant light, thereby providing selected light at the other facet of the first optical fiber. An optical multi/demultiplexer reflects the light of the selected wavelength in a direction different from that of the first optical fiber. A second excitation light source supplies light to the resonant section of the first optical fiber via the optical multi/demultiplexer and the other facet of the first optical fiber. A second optical fiber guides the light of the selected wavelength from the optical multi/demultiplexer to an exterior.

A superfinishing method of a tapered roller bearing, including the steps of: rotating an outer ring of the tapered roller bearing about a center axis thereof; inserting a straight-shaped superfinishing stone from a front face of outer ring; and slidingly contacting a leading end face of the superfinishing stone with a taper-shaped raceway surface formed in an inner peripheral surface of the outer ring to thereby superfinish the raceway surface.
