To provide a power supply circuit for fiber laser oscillator use capable of reducing the size of a fiber laser oscillator. A power supply circuit for fiber laser oscillator use comprises: a rectifier circuit unit capable of receiving input of a voltage having a particular value; and a power supply unit to which the rectifier circuit unit is connected. The rectifier circuit unit is one rectifier circuit unit selectable from multiple rectifier circuit units capable of receiving inputs of voltages having different values. Each of the rectifier circuit units includes a power factor correction circuit for adjusting a power factor at 1.

Power supply circuit for fiber laser oscillator use

To provide a laser device capable of detecting overheating (abnormality) of a heat-generating part by detecting a temperature of a cooling member for cooling the heat-generating part. A laser device includes one or a plurality of heat-generating part(s), one or a plurality of cooling member(s) respectively disposed in contact with the one or plurality of heat-generating part(s), the one or plurality of cooling member(s) containing a refrigerant flowing inside, one or a plurality of first temperature detection part(s) respectively disposed on the one or plurality of cooling member(s) to respectively detect temperatures of the one or plurality of cooling member(s), and a monitoring part capable of detecting an abnormality respectively in the one or plurality of cooling member(s) based on temperature information including information on the temperatures detected by the one or plurality of first temperature detection part(s).

Laser device

A gas laser oscillator including a discharge tube provided in a gas channel through which a laser gas circulates; an output command part outputting a power output command; a power supply part applying to the discharge tube a discharge tube voltage corresponding to a power output command value; a voltage detector detecting the discharge tube voltage; and a discharge start judging part judging if a discharge has been started in the discharge tube based on a ratio of change of the discharge tube voltage. The output command part increases the power output command value in steps by an increment obtained by dividing a power output command value corresponding to a discharge start voltage serving as a predetermined reference by a number of steps of 2 or more, at a step time interval determined by using as a reference the time required until the power supply part responds to the power output command.

Gas laser oscillator having function of judging start of discharge

A gas laser oscillator includes a control apparatus which creates a command voltage, a laser power supply which supplies power to a discharge tube in accordance with the command voltage, and a voltage detecting unit which detects a voltage applied to the discharge tube. The control apparatus includes a determining unit which determines whether or not a discharge is initiated in the discharge tube, based on a rate of changes in the voltage detected by the voltage detecting unit when power is supplied to the discharge tube in accordance with the command voltage being increased in a stepwise manner. The determining unit is configured to determine whether or not a discharge is initiated in the discharge tube after an initial step that at least includes the first incremental step of the command voltage being increased in a stepwise manner.

Gas laser oscillator having function to determine initiation of electric discharge

A gas laser oscillator, including a power supply part supplying a discharge tube voltage corresponding to a power output command to a discharge tube so as to start a discharge in the discharge tube; a voltage detecting part detecting the discharge tube voltage; a current detecting part detecting an output current of the power supply part; a command voltage control part gradually increasing a power output command value output from the output command part; and a discharge start judgment part judging if the discharge in the discharge tube has started, based on a detected value of the voltage detecting part when gradually increasing the power output command value. The command voltage control part, if the output current becomes a predetermined threshold value or more when gradually increasing the power output command value, decreases the power output command value once, then again gradually increases the power output command value.
