A mobile crusher includes: a crusher that crushes raw material; a discharge conveyor being disposed on a downstream side of the crusher to discharge the material crushed by the crusher; an engine that serves as a driving source at least for the crusher and the discharge conveyer; a fuel injection quantity controlling unit that controls a speed of the engine; a crusher pressure sensor that determines a change in a load of the crushed material in the crusher; and a pressure sensor that determines presence or absence of the crushed material to be discharged on the discharge conveyor. When the crusher pressure sensor determines that the load on the crusher is reduced and the pressure sensor determines that the crushed material is not present on the discharge conveyor, the fuel injection quantity controlling unit lowers the speed of the engine to a decelerated speed.

Self-propelled crushing machine and method of controlling the same

A mobile crusher includes: a crusher for crushing raw materials; a discharge conveyor provided on a lower stream of the crusher for discharging the raw materials crushed by the crusher; a work implement provided on an upper stream of the crusher for producing the crushed materials; a conveyor sensor and conveyor pressure comparing unit for determining whether the crushed materials to be discharged are fed on the discharge conveyor or not; a crusher pressure sensor and crusher pressure comparing unit for determining whether the raw materials are present in the crusher or not; and a flow rate controller for controlling the speeds of the crusher, discharge conveyor and work implement based on determination results of the conveyor pressure sensor, conveyor pressure comparing unit, crusher pressure sensor and crusher pressure comparing unit.

Mobile crusher

A mobile crusher includes: a crusher having a fixed jaw and a swing jaw and adjusting an outlet gap between lower ends of the fixed jaw and the swing jaw, the crusher crushing raw materials by swing movement of the swing jaw toward the fixed jaw and discharging the raw materials crushed by the crusher from the outlet gap to produce crushed materials; a work implement disposed on an upper stream or a lower stream of the crusher to produce the crushed materials; and a controller that controls a work implement speed of the work implement depending on the outlet gap.

A self-propelled crushing machine is provided which ensures that, even when crushed pieces of an object include a concrete reinforcing steel bar or other like material piece, it is prevented that the concrete reinforcing steel bar will pierce into a conveyor belt. To this end, the crushing machine has a memory for storing a relationship in belt velocities between a conveyor belt and a magnetic separator belt which relationship allows a concrete reinforcing steel bar attracted and adhered to the magnetic separator belt to be taken off of the conveyor belt before the trailing end of the concrete reinforcing steel bar travels past a leading end attraction/adhesion position at which the leading end of the concrete reinforcing steel bar is to be attracted and adhered to the magnetic separator belt. In addition, the crushing machine also includes a controller configured to provide respective control currents to a conveyor belt drive means and a magnetic separator belt drive means, based on the belt velocity relationship stored in the memory.

Self-propelled crushing machine

A jaw crusher includes: a crusher frame to which a cross member for connecting a pair of side wall plates is provided; a fixed jaw; a swing jaw swingably hung between the side wall plates; a pair of toggle link pins both of which are disposed along a common axial direction having a first outer end pivoted on the side plate and a second inner end pivoted on a main supporter provided to the cross member; and a reaction force-receiving link mechanism including a toggle link rotatably supported by the toggle link pin. The main supporter of the cross member on which the second end of the toggle link pin is pivoted is box-shaped.

Jaw crusher and self-traveling crusher

In a jaw crusher, cheek plates are mounted on side wall plates of a crusher frame by mounting bolts, and the mounting bolt adjacent to the outlet of the jaw crusher can be covered with the swing jaw by adjustment of an outlet gap-adjusting link mechanism. When the jaw crusher is in operation, the mounting bolt is covered by the swing jaw to avoid contact with raw materials, so that abrasion of and damages to the mounting bolt can be prevented. Thus, a longer lifetime of the jaw crusher can be promoted. Besides, since abrasion of and damages to the mounting bolt can be prevented, a mounting structure of the cheek plate can be stronger.

In an impact crusher, a rise of an advancing-retracting portion () of a gap adjuster () caused when a rebound plate () touches a rotor () or the rotation amount of the rotor () is detected to determine a zero-point position of the rebound plate () is determined based on the detected result, so that the zero-point position can be securely determined since it is not necessary to touch and vibrate the rebound plate with the rotor rotating at a high speed, and since the rebound plate () is not vibrated, the zero-point position can be securely determined without being influenced by the abrasion of the rebound plate () and the impact plate (), thereby accurately adjusting gap (C).

Control method of a gap adjuster of impact crusher and a gap adjuster

A self-propelling crushing machine comprises a machine body ( ) provided with a travelling body ( ); a hopper ( ), a feeder ( ), a selective feeder ( ) and a crusher ( ) which mounted to the machine body; a conveyer ( ) disposed below the machine body; and a controlling device for independently controlling the feeder, the selective feeder, the crusher and the conveyer, wherein the feeder conveys a material to be crushed in the hopper to the selective feeder, the selective feeder selects the material to be crushed conveyed by the feeder so as to fall down soil, shingle and the like and convey large rock to the crusher, and the conveyer discharges the selected soil, shingle and the like and material pieces crushed by the crusher.
