A packaging bag comprises a main bag body and a framework member. The main bag body is made of plastic film material through a main bag body formation process. The main bag body has an opening and a plurality of heat sealed portions. The framework member is disposed in the main bag body. The framework member is joined to the main bag body prior to completion of the main bag body formation process. The framework member is foldable/unfoldable together with the main bag body, to enable the framework member and the main bag body to be shifted between a generally flat collapsed state and an expanded state.

Packaging bag and method for manufacturing same

A packaging member () is provided with easy-opening means () for allowing the packaging member to be opened easily, wherein the easy-opening means is either positionally or structurally improved. As one example, the packaging member is a packaging bag (), in which the easy-opening means serves as a tearing start point when opened with the use of the easy-opening means. The easy-opening portion is formed at a position slightly shifted inward from a perimeter edge of the packaging bag. As another example, the packaging member is a packaging container (), in which the easy-opening means is structurally improved.

A reclosable packaging bag comprises a main bag body having an opening portion and at least one heat-sealed portion; and a linear fastener provided on the opening portion of the main bag body. The linear fastener is provided along the opening portion of the main bag body by an insert injection molding so as not to extend to the heat-sealed portions. A method for manufacturing the bag comprises the three steps. First, the first and second linear fastening members are formed on a prescribed position of a sheet of film material by an insert injection molding so as to be spaced from each other. These fastening members are engageable with each other to form a linear fastener. Second, the sheet of film material is folded in two so that the fastening members can engage with each other. Third, each of opposite portions of the sheet of film material thus folded is heat-sealed to form side heat-sealed portions.

Method for manufacturing reclosable packaging bag

A zippered bag comprises a main bag body having first and second opposing face members, a top, a bottom, and first and second opposing sides; and a zipper disposed on the main bag body. The zipper extends from the top to one of the first and second opposing sides so as to be oblique relative to the top. The zipper may comprise a male track and a female track engageable therewith. The male track and the female track may be formed by an injection molding. Each of the male track and the female track may comprise a main portion and end portions provided on opposite ends of the main portion, each of the end portions having a smaller height than that of the main portion.

A cartridge-loading device is provided, to which a cartridge charged with a fluid material is loaded. The device comprises a cylindrical device body, piston, and nozzle. Both ends of the device body are opened to provide a bore therethrough. The cartridge is inserted into the bore. A notch is formed at an end portion of the device body. The piston, which is slidably arranged in the bore, is used for pushing the cartridge for ejecting the fluid material. The nozzle is detachably fitted into the opening of one end of the device body. The one end is located oppositely to the piston and have the notch formed thereat. Further, the cartridge has a cartridge body covered tightly by a cover member having one end protrude from an end of the cartridge body on an ejecting side thereof.

A cartridge for fluid material comprises a tubular receiver and a plunger. The tubular receiver is provided at its front end portion with an outlet opening. The plunger is disposed in the tubular receiver at its rear end portion so as to be slidable therein. The tubular receiver is formed of a thin film.

A plastic container comprises a main body, a large-diameter member and a small-diameter-formed member. The main body is formed of a plastic laminate film into a tubular shape. The large-diameter-formed member is joined to the outer surface of the end of the main body by an insert-injection process. The small-diameter-formed member is jointed to the inner surface of the other end of the main body by the insert-injection process.

A cartridge for a fluid dispensing apparatus, comprises a film shell having a tubular shape; and a film bottom member. The film bottom member is provided at the rear end of the film shell in the longitudinal direction thereof. The film bottom member is capable of being folded into a V-shape along a folding line or of being unfolded so as to expand at the central portion of the folding line in the transverse direction of the film shell, by filling the cartridge with fluid material.
