A dispenser is mounted in an aperture formed in a partition to dispense goods from a first party on one side of the partition to a second party on the other side of the partition. Multiple trays are disposed on a rotating mechanism to move a selected tray from a position near the first party, such as an employee at a food service, and a second party, such as the customer. Subsequently, the tray can be moved linearly outward toward the second party to thereby position goods within reach of the second party without the need for close proximity or contact between the parties.

Isolating dispenser apparatus

A secondary door can be attached to a primary frame of a primary door. At least one anchor mechanism includes a post element attached to the primary frame and an anchor that can be selectively attached to the post element, the anchor includes at least one of and ornamental and a functional element. The secondary door includes a secondary frame, at least one door slab, and at least one hinge coupling the at least one door slab to the secondary frame. A least one hole is formed in the secondary door so that the post element of the anchor mechanism can extend through the at least one hole and the anchor can be attached to the post element to secure the secondary door to the primary frame. The anchor also can be attached to the post when the secondary door is not secured to the primary frame.

Modular door

A spinal disc preparation tool is provided that includes an elongate shaft having an inner lumen extending therethrough along a longitudinal axis between proximal and distal ends thereof. A lower jaw is located on a distal end of the elongate shaft for receiving tissue and delivering tissue to the inner lumen, and an upper jaw is pivotally movable relative to the lower jaw. The tool can include various features to facilitate removal and/or collection of tissue.

Spinal disc preparation tool

A self-retaining neural retraction clip, preferably having controlled retraction level and an off-set retraction means. This device can reduce operative site clutter to enhance disc access while providing consistent and stable dural retraction.

Neural tissue retraction and preservation device

A system and device for manipulating a spinal construct is provided. For example, the manipulation device can include a drive member to be disposed within a first surgical sleeve extending from a first vertebra, and a coupling member positioned adjacent a second surgical sleeve. In one embodiment, at least one of the drive member and the coupling member can be releasably engaged to an actuation mechanism. In one aspect, the actuation mechanism can include a floating and/or auto-locking pivot point thereby allowing a user to quickly and easily position the manipulation device relative to the adjacent surgical sleeves. Additionally, a method of manipulating spinal constructs is also provided.

System and method for manipulating a spinal construct

Methods for delivering a spinal fixation element to a surgical site are provided herein. More specifically, the method includes delivering a plurality of percutaneous access devices to a corresponding number of spinal locations, inserting a spinal fixation element through tissue, and manipulating the element through opposed sidewall openings formed in each access device. In an exemplary embodiment, the method can be optimized for position of large-scale fixation elements (e.g., greater than about 95 mm in length). In addition, a manipulation instrument configured to position such spinal fixation elements is also provided herein.

Devices and methods for positioning a spinal fixation element

A method and apparatus of positioning in multiple positions during spinal surgery includes deviating a patient support apparatus about a longitudinal axis to a position in which one lateral side of the apparatus is lower than the opposite lateral side, positioning a patient in a prone position on the deviated product, and rotating the patient from the prone position to a laterally angled position.
