This application provides a receiving module, a packaging structure, a printed circuit board, and an electronic device, which can mitigate a problem that application scenarios of a front-end receiving module of an existing GNSS receiver are limited. The receiving module includes a first filtering unit, an amplifying unit, and a control element. When the amplifying unit operates in a first mode, the first end of the amplifying unit acts as a signal input end, and in this way, the first filtering unit acts as a front filtering unit. When the amplifying unit operates in a second mode, the first end of the amplifying unit acts as a signal output end, and in this way, the first filtering unit acts as a rear filtering unit.

The present invention provides a speaker box, including a main body having a plurality of sound holes; and a dustproof mesh adhered to an outer side of the main body for covering the sound hole. The dustproof mesh includes an air-permeable mesh plate covering the sound holes, and a first bonding layer adhered between the air-permeable mesh plate and the main body. The first bonding layer includes a sound transmission holes corresponding to the sound holes and being covered by the air-permeable mesh plate. The speaker box further includes a second bonding layer, including an accommodation hole correspondingly accommodating the air-permeable mesh plate and the first bonding layer. The dustproof mesh has an orthographic projection at the outer side of the main body not overlapping an orthographic projection of the second bonding layer at the outer side of the main body.

Audio/video decoding is performed on each of the first to-be-processed file and the second to-be-processed file based on the file conversion logic. Distortion processing is performed on a result of the audio/video decoding, and a result of the distortion processing is stored in an image file format in a video random access memory (RAM).

The positioning protrusion is located in the slip slot, and the pressing plate is fixed with the housing by the melted melting posts.

The method comprises: breaking a nucleic acid into nucleic acid fragments; connecting a first linker sequence; producing by amplification a first product provided with the first linker sequence at either end, where a U nucleobase site is provided on primer sequences and a nicking enzyme recognition sequence is either provided or not provided on same, and a first affinity tag is provided on one of the primer sequences; using USER enzyme to cleave the first product; cyclizing the cleaved first product; treating the cyclization product with either a phosphatase or a nicking enzyme; using a solid-phase vector for combination with a cyclized molecule; performing a restrictive gap translation reaction; removing by digestion any portion that did not undergo the restrictive gap translation reaction; connecting a second linker sequence; producing by amplification a second product provided with the second linker sequence at either end; denaturing the second product, and cyclizing a single-strand nucleic acid molecule. The method allows an increase in the length of library insert fragments, a simplified library construction process, reduced library construction time, and reduced library construction costs.

Method and reagent for constructing nucleic acid double-linker single-strand cyclical library

The present invention provides a method for constructing a high-throughput sequencing library, which comprises: fragmenting genomic DNA; end-repairing the DNA fragments; adding a base A to the 3' end of the end-repaired DNA fragments; connecting the DNA fragments having cohesive end A with a methylated adapter; carrying out hybrid capture on the connection products by using specific probes to obtain object fragments; treating the object fragments with bisulfite, to convert non-methylated cytosines to uracils; PCR amplifying the converted object fragments; and separating and purifying the amplification products, wherein the amplification products constitute the high-throughput sequencing library. The present invention also provides a method and an apparatus for identifying methylation information in specified genome regions of a sample.

Constructing method of high-throughput sequencing library and use thereof

The disclosure discloses a Generic Mapping Procedure (GMP) mapping method for an Optical channel Data Unit (ODU), including: caching low-level ODUk data to a memory according to the rate of low-level ODUk data stream; generating an adjustment byte in a mapping process and encoding the adjustment byte; generating read enable of the cached data by an algorithm according to the adjustment byte, reading the cached low-level ODUk data, and generating Optical channel Data Tributary Unit (ODTU) data according to the read data; and crossing a time slot of the ODTU data in multiple channels to that of a high-level ODU payload, and forming the data in the time slot of the high-level ODU payload and the encoded adjustment byte into a completed high-level ODU frame. The disclosure may further provide a GMP mapping apparatus for an ODU. According to a technical solution of the disclosure, the GMP mapping of the ODU can be implemented according to the dynamic change of a service rate.
