Provided is a preparative liquid chromatograph capable of coping with a case where actual second delay time changes after start of a fractionation sequence. When a specific component detected as a peak in both a first detector and a second detector is injected during execution of a fractionation sequence, a control device executes maintenance operation of time difference information stored in an information storage area. In the maintenance operation, the control device executes peak determination as to whether or not a difference between first retention time and second retention time falls within a predetermined allowable range. By the above, the control device checks whether or not the second delay time from when a component is detected by the second detector to when the component reaches a fraction collector changes from a previous state.

Preparative liquid chromatograph

It is an object to enable a sample of a sample source to be injected into a LC while a pressure state of the sample source is maintained. There are provided an injector () including a first sample loop () and an injection valve (), a sample supply channel (), a pump part (), a second sample loop (), a sample source channel (), and a path construction part. The path construction part is configured to be capable of selectively constructing a sampling path and a sample supply path. Autosampler for liquid chromatograph

A preparative liquid chromatograph including an analysis channel (), an injector (), a separation column (), a detector (), a plurality of fraction collectors (-to-), a switching valve () that switches fraction collectors (-to-) to be connected to the outlet of the detector () among the plurality of fraction collectors (-to-), and a controller () for controlling operations of the plurality of fraction collectors (-to-) and the switching valve (). In a case where the number of remaining unused collection containers of the fraction collector in use, which is connected to the outlet of the detector, falls below the number of buffers which is an integer of two or more, the controller () is configured to switch the switching valve () while the fraction collector in use is not performing a peak collection operation.

A preparative liquid chromatograph includes a liquid chromatograph section, a trap section, an eluent supply section, a collector, and a flow path switching section. In a preparative separation-purification system for passing a solution containing a target component through a trap columnto capture the target component in the column, and for subsequently passing an eluting solvent through the columnto elute the captured component and collect it in a container, an outlet apertureof the columnhas a tapered shape whose sectional area is largest on a plane facing an inner space of the columnand decreases in the flowing direction of the liquid. A filterfor preventing deposition of the target component is also provided at the boundary between the inner space of the columnand a passage for discharging liquid from the inner space. By this configuration, clogging of the passage at the outlet end of the columndue to deposition of the target component is prevented.

Preparative separation-purification system

A preparative liquid chromatograph that separates components in a sample in a separating column and captures a plurality of target components in an eluate from the separating column in individual trap columns, includes: a column switching means configured to switch passages to cause the eluate having been eluted from the separating column and passed through a detector to selectively flow into one of the trap columns, a passage switching means disposed in a passage between the detector and the column switching means and configured to switch between a first state in which the eluate flows to the column switching means and a second state in which the eluate is discharged without flowing to the column switching means. For the switching among the trap columns, the passage switching means and the column switching means are controlled to set the passage switching means in the second state (step S) before performing the switching operation of the column switching means (step S). This prevents entry of a target component into a wrong trap column during the switching among the trap columns.

A preparative separation-purification system has controlling apparatus, which has a pump housing for pumping liquid. The apparatus also has a moving component for reciprocating in the pump housing so as to draw a liquid into the pump housing and discharge the liquid from the pump housing and a driving source for reciprocating the moving component. A setting unit is provided for setting a target liquid supply amount or a target amount which corresponds thereto. A unit amount memory unit is provided for storing a discharge amount of the reciprocating pump per a reciprocal movement of the moving component or a unit amount which is a value corresponding to the discharge amount. A computation unit is provided for computing the smallest multiple number of the unit amount which is equal to or larger than the target amount; and a motor controller for controlling the driving source.

Apparatus and method for controlling reciprocating pump

A preparative purification apparatus capable of adjusting a mixing ratio of a mobile phase and an elution solvent contained in a solution to be collected. A liquid feeding unit which feeds an elution solvent to an inlet of a trap column; a flow path switching unit which selectively connects an outlet of the trap column to one of a waste liquid flow path or a recovery flow path; a liquid feed amount measurement unit; and a flow path control unit which performs a control such that the flow path switching unit is connected to the recovery flow path when the amount of the elution solvent fed to the trap column reaches a predetermined initial waste liquid amount, and thereafter, the flow path switching unit is connected to the waste liquid flow path at a timing of reaching a predetermined solution recovery amount.

A mounting and heating mechanism of sample collection containers for heating sample collection containers includes cup-shaped container heat transfer members for heating sample collection containers from the bottom surface and the side surface, a plate-like bottom surface member heated by a heater, frame members attached to an upper side of the bottom surface member and vertically movably storing the container heat transfer members, and sheet-like elastic heat transfer member disposed between the bottom surfaces of the container heat transfer members stored in the frame members and the upper surface of the bottom surface member.

Mounting and heating mechanism of sample collection containers

Provided is a preparative separation-purification method in which an eluting solvent is passed through a trap columnto elute a target component captured in the trap column and collect the target component through a collection passageinto a collection container, the method including: a process of transferring the eluting solvent containing the eluted target component from the trap column to the collection container through the collection passage; a process of suctioning the eluting solvent remaining in the collection passage through a suction passageconnected to the collection passage; and a process of removing the collection passage from the trap column and the collection container. By this method, the eluate or eluting solvent remaining in the collection passage is prevented from being dropped into the collection container. A backflow of the eluate into the trap column is also prevented.

Preparative separation-purification method and system

Provided is a gas-blowing vaporizing and drying device, which includes: a sample tube in the form of a double tube including an inner tube for a solution and an outer tube for a gas, the inner tube protruding from one end of the outer tube by length L; and a collection container including a container body and a lid provided with a protrusion sleeve tube, the protrusion sleeve tube including a coupling portion at an end to be located outside the container body and a sleeve portion of a length equal to or longer than L having an open end to be located inside the container body, the coupling portion being designed to be coupled to the aforementioned one end of the outer tube in an air-tight manner.

Provided is a gas-spouting liquid-sample injector, for supplying a mist of liquid sample into a container, including: a sample introduction tube having an outer tube for a nebulizer gas and an inner tube for a liquid, the inner tube having a projecting section protruding from the lower end of the outer tube; a branch tube provided in the container, having a main line allowing an insertion of the sample introduction tube and a bypass line branched from the main line; an inlet portion provided at the upper end of the main line, for making gas-tight contact with the lower end of the outer tube; an outlet portion provided at the lower end of the main line, for making gas-tight contact with the outer circumferential surface of the inner tube; and a blower tube extending from the lower end of the bypass line toward an area below the outlet portion.
