A control unit of a headlamp control device for a vehicle is configured so that, when an occupant of the vehicle performs a predetermined interruption operation while the illumination mode of a headlamp is a high beam mode during automatic illumination control, the control unit sets the illumination mode to a low beam mode until an interruption time passes. The interruption time is set to a smaller value as a vehicle speed correlation value is larger. The vehicle speed correlation value is a value that increases as a speed at which the vehicle has been traveling since the start of the interruption operation is higher.

Headlamp control device for vehicle

A vehicle lamp includes a light emitting element; and a plate-shaped light guide arranged such that a longitudinal direction thereof crosses an optical axis of the light emitting element. The plate-shaped light guide includes an introducing portion, a reflecting portion, and an emitting portion. The reflecting portion is arranged in front of the optical axis, and includes a front side reflective surface that reflects the light from the introducing portion toward the emitting portion. The front side reflective surface includes a plurality of diffusing steps that diffuses the light from the introducing portion in an extending direction of the plate-shaped light guide.

When the laminate material is laminated on the substrate transported, the first pressurizing unit laminates the laminate material on the substrate from a central portion between an upstream end of the substrate in the transport direction and a downstream end of the substrate in the transport direction toward the upstream side of the transport direction, and the second pressurizing unit laminates the laminate material on the substrate from the central portion of the substrate toward the downstream side of the transport direction.

A vehicular lamp has a light-emitting element facing a forward direction of the lamp, and a translucent member that covers the light-emitting element from a front side. The translucent member has a center region located forward of the light-emitting element that serves as a lens-like direct light control portion. The translucent member has a peripheral region surrounding the center region that serves as a reflecting light control portion in which light emitted from the light-emitting element and incident on the translucent member is internally reflected forward by a rear surface of the translucent member and emitted forward from a front surface of the translucent member. The direct light control portion is configured such that light emitted from the direct light control portion has a light intensity distribution in which light intensity is highest in a direction at a first required angle from the forward direction of the lamp.

A bus bar has a lead portion and a bus bar portion which are integrally shaped. The lead portion is provided in such a shape that branches from the bus bar portion. A part of the lead portion forms a connection part directly electrically connected with a transistor electrode and a diode electrode by a connecting material such as solder. The thickness of the lead portion including the connection part is made smaller than the thickness of the bus bar portion. Accordingly, such an interconnection structure can be provided in which the electrode of the semiconductor device and the bus bar are electrically directly connected with each other and thermal stress at the connection part therebetween can be relieved.

Specifically disclosed is a power module including a power module substrate wherein a circuit layer is brazed on the front surface of a ceramic substrate, a metal layer is brazed on the rear surface of the ceramic substrate and a semiconductor chip is soldered to the circuit layer. The metal layer is composed of an Al alloy having an average purity of not less than 98.0 wt. % but not more than 99.9 wt. % as a whole. In this metal layer, the Fe concentration in the side of a surface brazed with the ceramic substrate is set at less than 0.1 wt. %, and the Fe concentration in the side of a surface opposite to the brazed surface is set at not less than 0.1 wt. %.
