A pump operation piston biased by a neutral spring mechanism and a larger volume operation spring biased by a larger volume operation spring in a larger volume direction operatively move pump and motor volume adjusting members, respectively, is provided. A first pressure control valve commonly controls supply-discharge of pressure oil that presses the pump operation piston in a first slide direction and the motor operation piston in a smaller volume direction. A second pressure control valve controls supply-discharge of pressure oil that presses the pump operation piston in a second slide direction. Biasing forces of the neutral spring mechanism and the larger volume operation spring are so set that, after the pump operation piston is moved in the first slide direction by a predetermined distance, the motor operation piston starts moving.

Stepless speed change structure

A hydromechanical continuously variable speed transmission is provided. The hydromechanical continuously variable speed transmission can include: the HSTin which the planetary gear mechanismis housed in the planetary gear support casemounted on a face of the center sectionto form the HMT unit, the face being on the side opposite to the side on which the HST caseis mounted, and the HMT unitis further provided with the housing mounting facefor fixing the HMT unitto the housingof the traveling power transmission mechanism, the housing mounting facebeing provided on the center sectionso as to surround the outer circumference of the mounting faceon which the planetary gear support caseis mounted.

Hydromechanical continuously variable speed transmission

An HST control mechanism includes a rotary member, a servo unit, a telescopic member, and a biasing device. The rotary member for controlling a displacement of a hydrostatic transmission (HST) is pivoted outside of a casing incorporating the HST. The servo unit includes a telescopically movable actuator and a valve controlling the telescopic movement of the actuator. The actuator is interlockingly connected to the rotary member. The servo unit is pivotally supported on the casing via a first pivot. The servo unit rotates centered on the first pivot as the rotary member rotates according to the telescopic movement of the actuator hydraulically controlled by the valve. The telescopic member is pivotally supported on the casing via a second pivot. The telescopic member is provided with the biasing device that biases the telescopic member and the rotary member toward a position corresponding to a neutral state of the HST.

Actuator unit for controlling hydraulic pump

A housing of an axial piston device is provided with a drain port for discharging the retained oil to the outside and a supply oil passage for guiding lubricating oil, which has been supplied from an oil source, toward a first hydraulic axial piston member. The drain port is arranged so as to bring about such a retained-oil level that a second hydraulic axial piston member, which is disposed below the first hydraulic axial piston member, is partially or entirely immersed in the retained oil while the first hydraulic axial piston member is not immersed in the retained oil.

Axial piston device

In a hydrostatic transmission (HST), a lubricating fluid passage is formed in an input shaft and has a pair of radially opposite lubricating fluid spill ports open at an outer peripheral surface of the input shaft. Both of the radially opposite lubricating fluid spill ports face a lubricated object of the HST. The lubricating fluid passage includes an axial fluid passage and a pair of radial fluid passages that are extended radially from the axial fluid passage to the outer peripheral surface of the input shaft so as to be radially opposite each other. Open ends of the respective radial fluid passages at the outer peripheral surface of the input shaft serve as the respective radially opposite lubricating fluid spill ports.

Hydrostatic transmission

There is provided a pump unit including a plurality of hydraulic pump bodies disposed in parallel to each other, a plurality of pump shafts respectively supporting the plurality of hydraulic pump bodies in a relatively non-rotatable manner and a pump housing accommodating the plurality of pump bodies and supporting the plurality of pump shafts in a rotatable manner around respective axis lines, wherein each of the plurality of pump shafts has at least one end extending outward from the pump housing so as to form an input end.

Pump unit

There is provided a PTO transmission structure including a PTO driving shaft operatively connected to a driving source, a PTO driven shaft arranged in a downstream side in a transmission direction of the PTO driving shaft, a PTO clutch unit for selectively performing power transmission/power interruption from the PTO driving shaft to the PTO driven shaft, and a transmission case for supporting the PTO driving shaft and the PTO driven shaft and for accommodating the PTO clutch unit. The transmission case has a case main body which includes a first wall having a first hole for supporting the PTO driving shaft, and a second wall having a second hole for supporting the PTO driven shaft, the second wall being spaced apart from the first wall so as to define a first accommodating space to position the PTO clutch unit between the first wall and the second wall. The PTO clutch unit includes a drive-side member operatively connected to the PTO driving shaft, and an output shaft member operatively connected to the PTO driven shaft. Each of the PTO driving shaft and the PTO driven shaft is connected to the drive-side member and the output shaft member, respectively, of the PTO clutch unit by inserting the PTO driving shaft through the first hole from the upstream side in the transmission direction of the first wall and inserting the PTO driven shaft through the second hole from the downstream side in the transmission direction of said second wall with said PTO clutch unit positioned in the first accommodating space.

PTO transmission structure

There is provided a pump system including; a base unit which has an input portion operatively connected to a driving source on a first end face and has a plurality of output portions capable of outputting a power transmitted from the input portion on a second end face at the opposite side of the first end face, the first end face capable of being directly or indirectly mounted on a support member; a pump unit which has a plurality of pump shafts driven by each of the plurality of output portions, a plurality of hydraulic pump bodies driven by each of the plurality of pump shafts, and a pump case surrounding the plurality of hydraulic pump bodies, the pump case being detachably connected to the second end face of the base unit; and a PTO unit which has a PTO shaft driven by the power transmitted from the input portion and is accommodated in the base unit.

Pump system

There is provided a pump unit including a housing, a first and a second pump shafts, a first and a second hydraulic pump main bodies, a first and a second trunnion type movable swash pates, and a first and a second transmission gears. The housing has an inlet port for introducing oil from the outside into its pump accommodating chamber, an oil passage for communicating between the pump accommodating chamber and its gear accommodating chamber, and a discharge port for taking out oil from the gear accommodating chamber to the outside. The pump accommodating chamber includes a supporting wall that supports each base end of the swash plates so that each operational end of the swash plates is directed to the opposite directions to each other. The inlet port and the oil passage are respectively provided at one side and the other side of the pump accommodating chamber with the supporting wall as a reference.
