A terminal-equipped wire is provided with a wire including a conductor, a terminal to be connected to the conductor, and a shell to be mounted on the terminal. The terminal includes a grip portion for sandwiching the conductor. The shell includes a pressing portion for pressing at least a part of the grip portion toward the conductor. The grip portion has a Sn—Ni alloy layer. The Sn—Ni alloy layer includes locally projecting protrusions. The protrusions bite into the conductor.

Terminal-equipped wire

A terminal-equipped electric wire includes an electric wire that includes a conductor, a terminal connected to the conductor, and a shell attached to the terminal. The conductor has a nominal cross-sectional area of 0.13 mmor less. The terminal includes a grip portion that pinches the conductor. The shell includes a pressing portion that presses at least a portion of the grip portion toward the conductor. At least one of the conductor and the grip portion includes a tin layer, and an oxide coating formed on the surface of the tin layer. An adhering portion formed of a portion of tin contained in the tin layer that passes through the oxide coating and pours out onto a surface of the oxide coating. The adhering portion has an area of 0.100 mmor more.

Terminal-equipped electric wire

A terminal-equipped electric wire includes an electric wire that includes a conductor, a terminal connected to the conductor, and a shell attached to the terminal. The terminal includes a grip portion that pinches the conductor. The shell includes a pressing portion that presses at least a portion of the grip portion toward the conductor. The grip portion and the conductor are joined with an alloy layer. The alloy layer contains a Cu&#x2014;Sn alloy.

A connector that includes a male connector; and a female connector including a housing to be fit to the male connector along a connecting direction, wherein: a first connector of the male connector and the female connector is fixed with a second connector of the male connector and the female connector connected and, a rigidity k [N/m] satisfies k&#x3c;360000 when the second connector is distorted at a test speed of 1 mm/min in a direction intersecting the connecting direction and satisfies k&#x2265;(2.0&#xd7;10)&#xd7;m, where m [kg] denotes a mass of the second connector.

Connector

An electricity storage module that includes: a plurality of electricity storage elements each including positive and negative lead terminals protruding outward from end portions thereof; a stack in which the plurality of electricity storage are stacked and adjacent ones of the lead terminals of opposite polarities are connected to each other; bus bars that are individually connected to those of the lead terminals connected in order that are located at opposite ends and that have mutually opposite polarities; and voltage detection terminals that are connected to terminal ends of voltage detection lines and individually connected to the electricity storage elements, wherein the lead terminals, the bus bars, and the voltage detection terminals are collectively connected by laser welding.

Electricity storage module

An electric wire protecting member that includes a belt-shaped base portion that extends in a belt-shape and three or more partition portions that are formed along a direction in which the belt-shaped base portion extends and are provided in parallel to each other at intervals into which the electric wires can be accommodated in a width direction of the belt-shaped base portion. Slits for dividing the three or more partition portions are formed at least at one location along the width direction of the belt-shaped base portion.

Electric wire protecting member-equipped wire harness and slide wiring apparatus

A sealing member includes a rubber stopper and a guide member. The rubber stopper includes an electric wire through portion including first to fourth through holes through which first to fourth electric wires are passed, respectively. The guide member is located more to a rear than the electric wire through portion in an extending direction in which the first to the fourth electric wires passed through the first to the fourth through holes extend. The guide member includes first to fourth guide holes through which the first to the fourth electric wires are passed and aligned with the first to the fourth through holes.

Electrical storage module

An electricity storage module includes a power storage element group obtained by stacking a plurality of power storage elements each having a lead terminal, a connection member that is electrically connected to the lead terminal, a connector for electrically connecting the connection member to an external device, and a terminal member for electrically connecting the connection member to the connector. The connection member has a connection portion that is disposed in parallel with a direction in which the power storage elements are stacked, and that is connected to the terminal member, and the terminal member is connected to the connection portion in a state in which the terminal member is movable in the direction in which the power storage elements are stacked.

An electricity storage module that includes a power storage element group obtained by stacking a plurality of power storage elements each having a lead terminal that protrudes from a side edge; and holding members that are attached to the side edges at which the lead terminals are provided and that hold the power storage elements, the holding members being provided with a fuse mounting portion for mounting a fuse that is to be electrically connected to the lead terminal.

A multi-core cable in which electrical wires are enveloped by a sheath, a sheath rubber plug that is fitted around the terminal of the sheath, an electrical wire rubber plug through which the electrical wires, which extend from the terminal of the sheath, individually pass, and a housing that has attachment holes into which the sheath rubber plug and the electrical wire rubber plug are respectively fitted.

Seal structure for multi-core cable

A sealing structure of a multicore cable includes the multicore cable, a rubber stopper, a cap, and a holder. The multicore cable includes first to fourth electric wires covered with a sheath. The rubber stopper is fitted on an end of the sheath and first to fourth through holes through which the first to the fourth electric wires are passed, respectively. The cap is fitted on the rubber stopper and presses the rubber stopper inward. The holder includes a sheath holding portion for holding the sheath and a cap holding portion for holding the cap.

Sealing structure of multicore cable

A seal structure for multicore cable includes a multicore cable configured such that a plurality of first to fourth wires are surrounded by a sheath and drawn out from an end part of the sheath, and a rubber plug including a sheath fitting portion to be externally fitted to the end part of the sheath and a wire penetrating portion having a plurality of first to fourth through holes, through which the plurality of first to fourth wires drawn out from the end part of the sheath are respectively passed. Sheath side lips to be held in contact with an outer periphery of the sheath are provided on an inner periphery of the sheath fitting portion. First to fourth wire side lips to be respectively held in close contact with outer peripheries of the plurality of first to fourth wires are provided on inner peripheries of the plurality of first to fourth through holes.

Seal member and seal structure for multicore cable

A seal structure that includes: a multicore cable in which first to fourth electrical wires are enveloped by a sheath, the electrical wires extending out from an end portion of the sheath; a rubber plug through which the electrical wires pass, the rubber plug being fitted around the end portion of the sheath; a cap that is fitted around the rubber and presses the rubber plug inward; and a crimping member that is arranged adjacent to the rubber plug and is crimped around the sheath. The crimping member has a locking piece and a mating portion, and the cap has an extending piece and a receiving recession portion. Relative positions of the crimping member and the rubber plug are held by the mating portion of the locking piece and the receiving recession portion of the extending piece locking together.

Seal structure for multicore cable, and seal member

A battery wiring module that is attachable to an electric cell set configured with a plurality of electric cells that are lined up in a line-up direction, and that have metal terminals, namely a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The battery wiring module includes: a bus bar for electrically connecting the metal terminals of adjacent electric cells to each other; a resin protector that is made of insulating resin, that has a bus bar holding section for holding the bus bar, and that is attachable to the electric cell set; and an electronic control unit for detecting a state of at least one electric cell. The resin protector is configured to accommodate a tolerance in the line-up direction of the plurality of electric cells, and the electronic control unit is attached to the insulating protector so as to be movable in the line-up direction relative to the insulating protector.
