An injection-molding die including: a fixed die; a movable die; a cavity defined by the fixed die and the movable die; and a gate for injecting a melt resin into the cavity. The cavity includes: a flow-dividing structure that divides a flow of the melt resin injected into the cavity into a plurality of resin flows; and a flow-advancing area in which the resin flows generated by the flow-dividing structure are merged together. The flow-advancing area is formed thicker than a flow-hesitating area of the flow-advancing area in the cavity.

A molding method which includes charging a resin composition in molten state containing not less than 7 wt % to less than 30 wt % of a fibrous fiber (A) and more than 70 wt % to not exceeding 93 wt % of a resin (B) into a die for shaping purpose when a temperature of the die is in the range of [the Vicat softening point minus 20&#xb0; C.] of resin (B) to less than a melting point thereof, when resin (B) is crystalline resin, or when a temperature of the die is in the range of [the Vicat softening point minus 20&#xb0; C.] to [the Vicat softening point plus 20&#xb0; C.] of the resin (B), when resin (B) is non-crystalline resin, cooling the die after shaping to temperature which allows taking-out of a molded product.

Molding method and resin moldings

An interior part for an automobile that is disposed on a front side in the automobile is obtained by integrally molding an instrument panel fascia, a duct, and a reinforce member by a blow molding method including: extruding a resin composition into a molten parison; holding the parison in a metal mold; and blowing the air into the parison to obtain a resin molding. Thus, as compared to an arrangement where each of the members is formed separately, the number of members can be reduced. In addition, the arrangement requires only one type of material, a metal mold, and a molding device, and does not require an assembly step that is required in the arrangement with separately molded members, resulting in reduced cost.

Interior part for automobile

Provided is a door trim structure for automobiles, which is made of a thermoplastic resin and of which the inner door panel and the door trim are integrally blow-molded. The inner door panel may have the function of fitting functional members thereto, and may act also as a shock absorber. The inner door panel acting also as a shock absorber may have a plurality of recesses formed on its surface. The door trim structure is lightweight and simple, and is resistant to side-on collision, and its productivity is high. The number of the parts to constitute the door trim structure can be greatly reduced, and the labor and energy necessary for building the structure into a door system can be reduced. The door trim structure is recyclable.

Door trim structure for automobiles

Blow-molding molds and having parison shutters and for preventing an inflation of the parison toward the outside of the molds and are used in a blow-molding method of the present invention. In other words, a closed space for preventing the parison from inflating out of the molds and are formed by the parison shutters and and a predetermined air is secured in the parison in a frame clamping step (B). In the subsequent mold clamping step (C), the pressure inside the parison starts to be increased when the molds and press the parison , so that the parison can be continuously in contact with the die design surface . Accordingly, since the parison can be uniformly contracted by cooling, molding failure such as streaks and uneven pattern transfer can be avoided, thus obtaining a blow-molded product having good appearance.

Blow molding method, blow molded product and blow molding mold

The invention provides a blow molding and a method for producing it. The blow molding is lightweight; its strength and rigidity per the unit weight thereof are high; and its heat resistance, sound absorption, heat insulation and sound insulation are all good. The blow molding is produced inexpensively, and is useful for the parts of inlet systems for internal-combustion engines, etc. The blow-molding method is for fiber-containing thermoplastic resins, and comprises holding a parison made of an inorganic fiber-containing, melt-expandable thermoplastic resin, between a pair of facing splits of a mold, blowing the parison to shape it, and thereafter optionally reducing the gaseous pressure inside it to thereby expand the wall of the shaped article. The blow molding is made of a thermoplastic resin, and it contains from 15 to 70% by weight of inorganic fibers having a mean fiber length of from 1 to 20 mm, and has a porosity of from 10 to 90%.

Blow molding method and blow molded product

Provided is a method for producing blow moldings having a relatively large size through blow molding by use of a simple facility. The method including the steps of feeding a melt parison of crystalline resin into the space between molds, clamping the molds, blowing a pressurized fluid into the interior of the parison so as to cause the parison to be into close contact with the inner surfaces of the molds and to solidify the parison, wherein, while the parison and the mold inner surfaces are in close contact, the temperature of inner surfaces of the molds is maintained at a temperature from a temperature 10&deg; C. lower than the crystallization temperature of the crystalline resin to the melting point of the resin, and the parison is removed from the molds after the parison is cooled through introduction thereinto or discharge therefrom, during or after blowing-in of the pressurized fluid, of a cooling medium not higher than room temperature. An apparatus comprises a blow molding machine; a forming mold which is used in combination with the blow molding machine for producing a blow molding, the forming mold having degassing pores having a diameter of 100 &mgr;m or less in the surface of the mold at intervals (a pitch) of 50 mm or less; and means for introducing and discharging a cooling medium into or from a parison formed through the mold.
