The apparatus includes: a conveyance directional processing part for performing processing along the conveyance direction onto the sheet, the conveyance directional processing part being constructed such that at the same position in the conveyance direction, a plurality of processing machines of two or more types are aligned in a width direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction and provided in a freely attachable and detachable manner; a condition input part through which processing conditions in the conveyance directional processing part are inputted; a display part for displaying the processing conditions; and a processing machine selection control part for acquiring types and arrangement of the processing machines to be provided in the conveyance directional processing part such that the processing conditions may be satisfied and then displaying the acquired types and arrangement on the display part.

A paper sheet processing apparatus for processing a paper sheet with conveying the paper sheet having been fed, the apparatus main body including: a paper feed section; a conveyance section; and at least one kind of paper sheet processing section, wherein a paper passable region width Wb defined as a dimension of a paper passable region of the conveyance path in width directions is set to be a maximum width dimension that permits conveyance of the paper sheet without a paper jam in the paper sheet processing section in a standby state, and wherein a prevention section for, when a feed paper sheet width Wp defined as a width dimension of a paper sheet to be fed is greater than the paper passable region width Wb, preventing the to-be-fed paper sheetfrom being conveyed intact to the paper sheet processing section is further provided.

Paper sheet processing apparatus

A processing apparatus comprises: a conveyance part for conveying a sheet; a processing part including a processing member that is installed in a manner of being movable in an intersecting direction of intersecting with a conveyance direction of the conveyance part and that performs predetermined processing at a predetermined position of the sheet under conveyance; a stacker part for accumulating processing articles obtained by the processing of the processing part; and a control part for controlling the stacker part such as to sort a predetermined amount of precedently ejected ones of the processing articles from the subsequent ones of the processing articles among the processing articles ejected to the stacker part by the conveyance part.

In a processing machine including a processor having a processing blade and a receiver having a reception member and in which a blade edge of the processing blade and a reception portion, of the reception member, engage with each other to process a paper sheet therebetween, the processing blade is one processing blade selected from a blade group and is attached to the processor so as to be changeable to another processing blade of the blade group, reception portions of kinds corresponding to a plurality of kinds of the processing blades of the blade group are formed on the reception member, and the processing blade attached to the processor is positioned so as to be in a position where the blade edge is engageable with the reception portion of the corresponding kind.
