A composite cable includes a plurality of power lines, one signal line unit, and a sheath collectively covering the plurality of power lines and the one signal line unit. The signal line unit includes a plurality of pairs of signal lines, and an inner sheath covering a first assembled article. The first assembled article is formed by arranging the signal lines to be paired at each pair of adjacent vertices of a polygon with an even number of vertices in a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the signal line unit and twisting all the signal lines together. A twisting direction of a second assembled article formed by twisting the plurality of power lines and the one signal line unit together is different from a twisting direction of the first assembled article.

Composite cable and composite harness

A composite cable is composed of a plurality of power supply wires, a plurality of signal wires, two or more of which are configured to be connected to a common terminal member, and a sheath provided to cover the plurality of power supply wires and the plurality of signal wires together. The two or more of the plurality of signal wires being configured to be connected to the common terminal member are provided adjacent to each other.

A composite cable includes a pair of first electric wires, a twisted pair wire formed by twisting a pair of second electric wires having a smaller outer diameter than the first electric wires, a tape member wound into a spiral around an assembly that is formed by twisting the pair of first electric wires and the twisted pair wire together, and a sheath covering an outer periphery of the tape member. The tape member and the sheath includes an inwardly projecting part formed in a spiral along a cable longitudinal direction and formed so as to enter inward at least one of a valley part between the two first electric wires and valley parts between the first electric wires and the twisted pair wire. The inwardly projecting part has a projecting length of not less than 3% of an outer diameter of the first electric wires.

A sensor device includes a first pair of connection terminals extended from a first sensor and a second pair of connection terminals extended from a second sensor. A first negative connection terminal that is a negative connection terminal of the first pair of connection terminals and a second negative connection terminal that is a negative connection terminal of the second pair of connection terminals are electrically connected to each other.

Sensor device, cable with sensor, and composite cable

A cable is composed of a plurality of electric wires, a tape member provided over a periphery of the plurality of electric wires, and an outer sheath provided over an outer periphery of the tape member. The tape member includes a mixture of a first fiber having a melting point and a second fiber having a melting point lower than the melting point of the first fiber.

A composite cable includes a twisted assembly including a pair of first single core wires and first and second multicore wires that are each arranged in one or the other of regions facing each other across a center plane passing through the central axes of the pair of first single core wires, include an electric wire with a solid (non-hollowed) structure including a first or second twisted pair wire formed by twisting a pair of second or third single core wires with a smaller cross-sectional area than the first single core wire and a first or second inner sheath covering the first or second twisted pair wire so as to fill a space between the pair of second or third single core wires, and have an outer diameter that is not less than 70% and not more than 160% of the outer diameter of the first single core wire.

A cable includes a plurality of electric wires, a tape member spirally wound around an assembled article that is formed by bundling the plurality of electric wires, and a sheath covering the tape member. The tape member includes a plurality of entangled fibers. A plurality of linear slits are formed on the tape member so as to penetrate the tape member.

Cable and wire harness

A composite harness includes a composite cable that includes a plurality of first electric wires, a multicore wire formed by covering a plurality of second electric wires having a smaller diameter than the plurality of first electric wires with one urethane-based resin inner sheath to be in contact with the first electric wires, and a jacket covering an outer periphery of the plurality of first electric wires and the multicore wire, and a molded resin provided at an end portion of the composite cable so as to cover an outer surface of the inner sheath at an end portion of the multicore wire. The outer surface of the inner sheath is irregularity-formed at least at a portion in contact with the plurality of first electric wires and a portion covered with the molded resin.

Composite harness, method of manufacturing the same, and composite cable

Both deformation of a cross-sectional shape of the entire composite cable and deformation of a cross-sectional shape of an electric wire included in the composite cable are suppressed. The composite cable includes: a plurality of first electric wires; a shield electric wire in which a shield layeris formed around a twist pair wireobtained by intertwining a plurality of second electric wires; a sheath formed around an electric wire assembly obtained by intertwining the first electric wires and the shield electric wire; a first line filler filled between the twist pair wire and the shield layer; and a second line filler filled between the electric wire assembly and the sheath. The first electric wires and the shield electric wire are intertwined in a first direction, and the second electric wires are also intertwined in the first direction.

Composite cable

Both deformation of a cross-sectional shape of the entire composite cable and deformation of a cross-sectional shape of an electric wire included in the composite cable are suppressed. The composite cable includes: a plurality of first electric wires; a shield electric wire in which a shield layeris formed around a twist pair wireobtained by intertwining a plurality of second electric wires; a sheath formed around an electric wire assembly obtained by intertwining the first electric wires and the shield electric wire; a first line filler filled between the twist pair wire and the shield layer; and a second line filler filled between the electric wire assembly and the sheath. While the first electric wires and the shield electric wire are intertwined in a first direction, the second electric wires are intertwined in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction.

A composite cable is composed of a twisted pair formed by twisting together one pair of first electric wires each including a first conductor and a first insulation covering an outer circumference of the first conductor, one pair of second electric wires each including a second conductor greater in cross sectional area than the first conductor and a second insulation covering an outer circumference of that second conductor, the second electric wire being greater in outer diameter than the first electric wire, and a sheath covering aggregates together formed by stranding together the twisted pair and the one pair of second electric wires. The first conductors are formed by stranding a plurality of metal wires together. The second conductors are formed by stranding a plurality of aggregated strands together formed by stranding a plurality of metal wires together.

A cable includes a plurality of electric wires, and a tape member spirally wound around an assembled article that is formed by twisting the plurality of electric wires. The thickness of the tape member is not less than 0.028 mm and not more than 0.090 mm, a width of the tape member is not less than 18 mm and not more than 35 mm, the tape member is spirally wound with an overlap of not less than &#xbc; and not more than &#xbd; of the width thereof, and a tensile strength of the tape member is different between the longitudinal direction and the width direction and is smaller in the width direction than in the longitudinal direction.

A cable includes an assembled article formed by twisting a plurality of electric wires, a tape member spirally wound around the assembled article, and a sheath covering around the tape member. The sheath includes an injection molded body including an urethane resin. The tape member includes a non-woven fabric tape including a polyester, a polypropylene, an aramid fiber, a nylon, an acryl fiber, or a glass fiber and an air permeability defined by the Frazier method of not less than 30 cm/cm&#xb7;sec. A twist direction of the assembled article is opposite to a winding direction of the non-woven fabric tape.
