A system includes circuitry configured to determine available electric energy to be supplied to each of a plurality of servers over a predetermined period of time based on electric energy generated by alternative energy sources for each of the plurality of servers disposed at a plurality of geographically separate locations, each of the plurality of servers being configured to run a virtual machine. The circuitry is further configured to control a virtual machine running on a first server of the plurality of servers to migrate to a second server of the plurality of servers, which is determined to have a larger amount of available electric energy than the first server.

An apparatus includes a memory configured to hold a condition for determining whether or not to migrate a virtual machine that runs on a certain information processing apparatus included in a plurality of information processing apparatuses, to other information processing apparatus included in the plurality of information processing apparatuses, and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to when the condition is satisfied in a first information processing apparatus included in the plurality of information processing apparatuses, migrate a first virtual machine that runs on the first information processing apparatus to another information processing apparatus included in the plurality of information processing apparatuses, after migrating the first virtual machine, detect a status of an error occurring in the first information processing apparatus, and change the condition, based on the detected status of the error.

In an operational transconductance amplifier (OTA), resistors are bridge-connected to source terminals of MOSFETs that form a differential pair of the OTA. Capacitors are connected in parallel between the resistors in order to remove a DC signal component. The C-R circuit forms a high pass filter in order to intercept the DC component. Accordingly, even if there is a difference in transistor characteristic between the MOSFETs, a DC offset voltage does not appear in differential output terminals of the OTA and an output error can be eliminated. When the OTA is used in an AGC amplifier, an output dynamic range of the AGC amplifier can be made wide owing to the removal of the DC offset voltage.
