Method for producing a hologram and a display device using the same

A hologram of an increased size using a single color laser, capable of executing a full color regeneration in a desired view angle and a method for producing the hologram. A plurality of photo-sensitive members are independently exposed to obtain respective holograms, which are connected by using an adhesive layer,constructing a connecting means, in order to obtain an integrated hologram expanded in two-dimensional direction. The holograms are obtained by an interference of a reference light,and an object light passed through a light diffusing body,in order to cause the light diffusing body,to be recorded on the photo-sensitive member. The size of the light diffusing body,is such that the spectral characteristic of the diffused light from the hologram can attain a desired efficiency at least over the entire wavelength range of the visible light.

Hologram device and method for producing the same

A coherent beam is converted into a light flux having an expanded width at a predetermined position closer to a photosensitive element. Part of the expanded light flux is irradiated directly on the photosensitive element as a reference beam. The remainder of the expanded light flux is diffused, and its optical direction is changed. Thus, the remainder of the expanded light flux not irradiated directly to the photosensitive element is converted into a scattered beam advancing as an object beam toward the photosensitive element. Interference fringes are formed on the photosensitive element by using the reference beam and the object beam.

Structure of angular rate sensor

A method for producing a hologram recording an interference fringe formed by an object light and a reference light on a photosensitive dry plate, and the object light either having diffusing and scattering characteristics or being passed through an optical diffusion body, mainly includes the following steps: In a first step, a ratio .eta..sub.R0 /.eta..sub.00 of a first diffraction efficiency .eta..sub.00 and a second diffraction efficiency .eta..sub.R0, is calculated. The diffraction efficiency .eta..sub.00 is dependent on two object light beams. The efficiency .eta..sub.R0 is dependent on the object light and the reference light. In a second step, the intensity E.sub.O of the object light and the intensity E.sub.R of the reference light is adjusted in such a way that the ratio .eta..sub.R0 /.eta..sub.00 is set to at least 10 and the efficiency .eta..sub.00 does not exceed 5%. A display device using the above hologram is structured by a display unit for generating a signal light; a hologram screen formed by either reflection or transmission hologram, and a projecting unit for projecting the signal light to the hologram screen. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily produce a hologram, for example, a screen hologram, having no cloudiness or cloudy state when an observer observes an image displayed on the screen, and to a display device using the above hologram screen.

A hologram of an increased size using a single color laser, capable of executing a full color regeneration in a desired view angle and a method for producing the hologram. The holograms are obtained by an interference of a reference light 22 and an object light passed through a light diffusing body 24 in order to cause the light diffusing body 24 to be recorded on the photo-sensitive member. The size of the light diffusing body 24 is such that the spectral characteristic of the diffused light from the hologram can attain a desired efficiency at least over the entire wavelength range of the visible light.

Method for producing a of a transparent type hologram screen of an wide visible range. A photosensitive member and a light source of a reference light are arranged on the same side of the light diffusing body. A light source of an object light is arranged on the opposite side of the light diffusing body, so that the light is transmitted through the light diffusing body to generate a object light. A light from a light source of a reference light is reflected at the light diffusing body or a member such as a half mirror or a transparent, reflective hologram element arranged at a front side of the light diffusing body.

Method for producing transparent type hologram

A vibration-type angular-velocity sensor which can be reduced in size in the direction of the axis of the angular-velocity to be measured. A vibration body 11 comprises a pair of parallel driving plates 121 and 122 bent into a U-shape and extending in a Y direction, and a pair of detection plates 151 and 152 are so formed as to extend in mutually opposite directions in an X-axis direction by bending outwards the distal ends of the driving plates 121 and 122, respectively. The driving plates 121 and 122 are supported at a connecting plate 13 portion by a support member 14 in such a manner as to be capable of vibration. Piezoelectric devices 161 and 162 are bonded to the surfaces of the driving plates 121 and 122, respectively. When an A.C. voltage is applied, the driving plates are vibrated in mutually opposite directions. When a rotary angular-velocity, around the Z-axis of the sensor, generates a force in a Y-axis direction, due to the Coriolis effect, on the detection plates 151, 152, the Coriolis force is detected by piezoelectric devices 171 and 172. Accordingly, detection signals proportional to the angular-velocity are outputted from the detection piezoelectric devices 171 and 172.

Vibration-type angular-velocity sensor

An angular velocity sensor which suppresses the generation of noise in a detector piezo-electric element due to vibration of a vibrator caused by expansion and contraction of a driver piezo-electric element. A driver piezo-electric element 6 is adhered to an upper part on the left-side surface of a first square pole 3 of a vibrator 1 and a driver piezo-electric element 7 is adhered to an upper part on the right-side surface of a second square pole 4. Further, a detector piezo-electric element 8 is adhered to a lower part on the front surface of the first square pole 3 of the vibrator 1 and a detector piezo-electric element 9 is adhered to a lower part on the front surface of the second square pole 4. Here, the driver piezo-electric elements 6, 7 and the detector piezo-electric elements 8, 9 are disposed so as to be deviated so that they will not overlap in the axial direction of the square poles.
