A cap mounted to a mounting hole of a wheel, the mounting hole being formed to have a circumferential groove, includes: a circular body; a circular support; a circumferential projection that projects relative to an outer circumferential surface of the body in a radial direction; and a joint shaft. An outermost diameter of the circumferential projection is not more than an inner diameter of the mounting hole. The circumferential projection enters the circumferential groove of the mounting hole so that the cap is mounted to the wheel.

A cap has a plurality of engaging portions elastically engageable with a wheel for holding a tire. The cap is configured to partly cover the wheel. Each of the plurality of engaging portions has a spring member formed of metal.

A tire trouble detection device detects occurrence of a trouble in a tire. The tire trouble detection device comprises a detection unit which detects a change of state of a layered composition portion arranged in layers inside an outer sheath forming an outside surface of the tire, the layered composition portion forming a frame of the tire. A determination unit receives a result of the detection from the detection unit and determines occurrence of a trouble of the layered composition portion based on the received result of the detection.
