A method for driving a plasma display panel, including a plurality of display electrode pairs and a plurality of address electrodes, and which includes at least an address period and a sustain discharge period. In the address period, performing address processing, between the address electrodes and a display electrode configured as either a set of odd or even numbered display electrodes, sequentially to all of one of the sets of display electrode pairs, and thereafter address processing, between the address electrodes and a display electrode configured as the other set of display electrode pairs, sequentially to all of the other set of display electrode pairs. In the sustain discharge period, supplying at least one first sustain discharge pulse to the one set of display electrode pairs, and supplying at least one second sustain discharge pulse to the other set of display electrode pairs.

When the use frequencies of the commands or data pieces of the second group are not larger than those of the commands or data pieces of the first group as the result of sorting, displaying the commands or data pieces of the second group in the order of the use frequencies of the second group without changing the order of the commands or data pieces of the first group, commands or data pieces which are frequently used are displayed at the same display positions, thereby allowing easy retrieval and selection of a desired command or data piece depending on a user's memory.

A multiple-terminal communication equipment comprises a data communication unit, an information processing unit, and a data input/output unit, for realizing radio communication between at least two terminals. The multiple-terminal communication equipment transmits, before transmitting data from one terminal, a transmission disabling code for disabling data transmission of the other terminals, and after completely transmitting the data from the one terminal, a transmission enabling code for canceling the transmission disabled states of the other terminals. This arrangement is capable of smoothly and correctly communicating data between a plurality of terminal equipments.
