The invention allows stable fabrication of a TFT circuit board used in a display device and having thereon an oxide semiconductor TFT. A TFT circuit board includes a TFT that includes an oxide semiconductor. The TFT has a gate insulating film formed on part of the oxide semiconductor and a gate electrode formed on the gate insulating film. A portion of the oxide semiconductor that is covered with the gate electrodeand a portion of the oxide semiconductor that is not covered with the gate electrode are both covered with a first interlayer insulating film. The first interlayer insulating film is covered with a first film, and the first film is covered with a first AlO film.

TFT circuit board and display device having the same

An oxime ester compound represented by general formula (I), wherein Rto Rare as defined in the description, and n is 0 or 1; a photopolymerization initiator containing the compound; a photosensitive composition, alkali-developable photosensitive resin composition, and colored alkali-developable photosensitive resin composition containing the photopolymerization initiator; and a cured product of these compositions are provided. The compound is useful as a high-sensitivity photopolymerization initiator that has good stability and low sublimability and that efficiently absorbs, and is activated by, near-ultraviolet light, e.g., at 365 nm.

Provided is an &#x3b1;-aminoalkylphenone compound that has good stability and low sublimability, efficiently generates radicals when irradiated with a bright line at 365 nm (I line) or the like, and is useful as a polymerization initiator to be used in a radically polymerizable composition. The &#x3b1;-aminoalkylphenone compound is represented by Formula (I) mentioned below. In Formula (I) mentioned above, it is preferable that Ris a nitro group, an alkoxy group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, or an alkoxycarbonyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms. The &#x3b1;-aminoalkylphenone compound can be preferably used in a polymerization initiator.

According to one embodiment, a thin-film transistor includes a first insulating film, an oxide semiconductor layer provided on the first insulating film and a second insulating film provided on the oxide semiconductor layer, and at least one of the first insulating film and the second insulating film includes a first region in contact with the oxide semiconductor layer and a second region further distant from the oxide semiconductor layer than the first region, and the second region has an argon concentration higher than that of the first region.

An organic luminescent display device according to the invention includes: an element substrate; an organic film; and an organic electro luminescent element formed on the organic film. The organic electro luminescent element includes: an anode formed on the organic film; a light emitting layer formed on the anode; and a cathode formed on the light emitting layer. The anode includes: an adhesion layer formed in contact with an upper surface of the organic film; a reflection layer and formed in contact with an upper surface of the adhesion layer; and a light transmitting contact layer formed on the reflection layer. An edge portion of an outer periphery of the adhesion layer is positioned outside an edge portion of an outer periphery of the reflection layer as viewed in a plan view.

Organic luminescent display device

Disclosed is a colored (alkali-developable) photosensitive composition using a compound that is excellent in solubility and heat-resistance in a resin composition, and also relates to an optical filter using the colored (alkali-developable) photosensitive composition, specifically a color filter that does not decrease luminance and thus is preferable for image display devices such as liquid crystal display panels. Specifically, disclosed is a colored (alkali-developable) photosensitive composition containing (A) a dye that contains at least one kind of compound represented by any of the general formulas (1) to (4), (B) a polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond or (B') a polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, which has alkali-developability, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and use of the composition. The compound represented by any of the general formulas (1) to (4) is as described.

Colored photosensitive composition

A color conversion filter contains at least one kind of squarylium dye that radiates fluorescence light, has a wavelength conversion capability, absorbs light in an unneeded wavelength region, radiates fluorescence light in a preferable wavelength region, and does not allow decrease in brightness, and thus is preferable for color conversion light-emitting devices, photoelectric conversion devices and the like. Specifically, the color conversion filter has an absorption having a high intensity in the range of 570 to 600 nm, and thus is preferable for use in a color conversion filter that radiates fluorescence light having a high intensity in the range of 600 to 780 nm.
