A link assembly includes a first member, a second member opposing the first member and being rotatable around a rotating shaft, a seal housing formed between the first and second members, and a seal assembly disposed inside the seal housing. The seal assembly has a seal ring and a load ring. The seal ring has a support ring and a lip ring. The seal ring is disposed between the first member and the load ring. The load ring is disposed between the seal ring and the second member. The lip ring abuts the load ring. The lip ring has a first lip part that abuts the first member and protrudes in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and a second lip part that abuts the second member and protrudes in a radial direction perpendicular to the rotating shaft.

Link assembly and seal assembly

A traveling unit includes a drive wheel and track links. The drive wheel includes a plurality of drive wheel teeth and a tooth groove which is disposed adjacently to the drive wheel teeth. The track link includes projection portions which mesh with the drive wheel teeth. The projection portion has a height h greater than or equal to a depth d of the tooth groove.

Traveling unit and work vehicle

A link mounted part is formed as a part separate from a link body. The link mounted part includes a plate portion having a rail surface, and two projection portions which are integrally formed with the plate portion and project upward from the rail surface. A mounting pin mounts the link mounted part on the link body below the plate portion on a side opposite to the projection portions with respect to the plate portion.

Track link and link mounted part

The lug bar includes a base, having a bar shape and made of a first metal, and an overlay, extending along the longitudinal direction of the base to cover a covered region as a part of the outer peripheral surface of the base. In an overlay edge portion corresponding to a boundary between the covered region and an exposed region other than the covered region of the surface of the base, the exposed region and the surface of the overlay are flush with each other to form a forged surface.

Lug bar, track shoe, and method for producing lug bar

A hydraulic excavator is provided, facilitating access to the lower side inside an engine compartment, allowing a maintenance job to be performed in a reasonable posture. The hydraulic excavator includes a revolving frame, an engine arranged on the revolving frame, and a counterweight arranged on the revolving frame, at the back side of the engine. A recess indented from the bottom face in the upward direction is formed at the counterweight. An opening is formed at the revolving frame for allowing a person to access from the lower side of the revolving frame to the space between the engine and the counterweight. The recess has a section overlapping with the opening, when viewed from the top.

Hydraulic excavator

A link has link connecting bores () and () at both ends thereof and a wear rail () disposed between the upper portions of the link connecting bores () and (). Portions near the ends of the wear rail () are designed to have a hardness smaller than that of a center portion of the wear rail. Accordingly, the portions near the ends of the wear rail can be abraded more easily than the center portion of the wear rail. Since the portions near the ends of the wear rail, in which the portions are easily abraded, are positioned closer to the link connecting bores, abrasion loss in use is smaller than that of the center portion owing to its structure. So, the difference in abrasion amount makes it possible to lower a level irregularity of the wear rail.
