A rotor assembly includes a shaft disposed along a central axis extending vertically, a tubular magnet disposed on a radially outer surface of the shaft, a lower spacer disposed axially below the magnet and fixed to the radially outer surface of the shaft, a shaft adhesive film attaching the shaft to the magnet, and a lower spacer adhesive film attaching an axially upper surface of the lower spacer to an axially lower surface of the magnet. The shaft adhesive film and the lower spacer adhesive film are an identical adhesive and are continuously formed.

Rotor assembly, motor, blower, and vacuum cleaner

A blower apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a motor including a shaft arranged to extend along a central axis extending in a vertical direction, and a bearing arranged to rotatably support the shaft; an impeller coupled to the shaft on an upper end side of the shaft; an impeller housing arranged to house the impeller, and including an air inlet on an upper side; a plurality of stationary vanes arranged on a lower side of the impeller housing; a cylindrical first ring arranged radially inside of the stationary vanes; and a cylindrical second ring arranged radially outside of the stationary vanes, and fixed to the impeller housing. The stationary vanes, the first ring, and the second ring are defined by a single monolithic member, and together define at least a portion of a stationary vane support portion.

Blower apparatus and vacuum cleaner

A rotor portion includes an upper cylindrical portion and a lower cylindrical portion, each of which is configured to rotate together with a rotor. A stator portion includes a circuit board including a rotation detection portion located thereon. The lower cylindrical portion includes a lower balance correction portion. The upper cylindrical portion includes an upper balance correction portion. In addition, a detectable portion configured to be detected by the rotation detection portion is provided on the upper cylindrical portion.

Inner-rotor brushless motor

A stator core includes three split cores, each of the split cores including a core-back portion including an inner surface facing a rotor, a tooth base portion protruding radially inwards from the inner surface of the core-back portion and a pair of tooth overhang portions protruding from both sides of a tip end of the tooth base portion in a circumferential direction. The inner surface of the core-back portion including a pair of orthogonal surface regions extending from both sides of a base end of the tooth base portion in a direction orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the tooth base portion, the orthogonal surface regions extending radially outwards beyond projection positions of tip ends of the tooth overhang portions when the tooth overhang portions are projected on an imaginary plane including the orthogonal surface regions in parallel or substantially in parallel to the tooth base portion.
