A cable adjuster has a main case, an outer casing fixing member, a number of sliders, and a locking member. The main case is configured to insert the inner cable in the cable axial direction. The outer casing fixing member affixes to an end of a pre-branch outer casing, which is the tube section of the outer casing before branching, to the main case. The sliders are arranged in parallel in the slots formed in the main case so as to slide in the cable axial direction. The sliders affixes to the ends of a plurality of post-branch outer casings, which are the post-branch tube sections of the outer casing. The locking member locks the sliding movement of the sliders with respect to the main case in the cable axial direction.

Cable adjuster

Provided is a position adjustment mechanism including: a case; a moving member including a first engaging part and a second engaging part; a lock member provided in the case so as to be movable between a lock position for regulating movement of the moving member in a first direction with respect to the case and a separate position for allowing relative movement of the moving member with respect to the case; and a long member. The lock member includes: a first engaged part engaging with the first engaging part in the first direction; and a second engaged part engaging with the second engaging part in the first direction. When the lock member is at the separate position, the lock member regulates separation of the moving member from the case by engagement of the first engaging part with the first engaged part in the first direction.

The present invention relates to a fitting member () including an insertion portion () that fits a long member (Ia) therein and has a space through which the long member (Ia) is insertable, a movement restriction portion () that restricts movement that the long member (Ia) comes out of the insertion portion (), the movement restriction portion () being capable of being scraped with a tool, and a guide portion () that guides the tool to the movement restriction portion () when the movement restriction portion () is scraped with the tool, the fitting member () including the movement restriction portion () that can be scraped with the tool to release the restriction of the movement that the long member (Ia) comes out of the insertion portion ().
