The fundus photographing apparatus of the present invention includes an illumination light source that generates illumination light flux for illuminating a fundus (of a subject eye), a scanning optical system that converts the illumination light flux from the illumination light source unit into spot light to scan the fundus in two-dimensional directions of a horizontal direction and a vertical direction by the spot light, a light receiver that receives reflected light from each portion of the fundus illuminated by the spot light, and a fundus image acquiring unit that acquires a fundus image based on a signal from the light receiver, wherein the scanning optical system is provided with a scanner including a reflection mirror plate that rotates about orthogonal two axes to simultaneously deflect the spot light in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction for scanning.

Fundus photographing apparatus

A cam faceof a camhas a shape depending on the distribution of the light amount in the cross-section of reference light LR. When the camis rotated by a stepping motor, an abutmentmoves following the displacement of the cam facewith the rotation of the cam. A light-blocking linkrotates about the axis of rotationwith the movement of the abutment. A shieldmoves in a first direction with the rotation of the light-blocking linkto change the shielding region of the reference light LR. A light-blocking platecan shield the reference light LR from a second direction different from a shielding direction (first direction) by an attenuator. The light-blocking plateis moved by a drive mechanismand changes the shielding region.

Optical image measurement apparatus and optical attenuator

A main controllercontrols a fiber-end drive mechanismand an attenuatorwith reference to the received-light amount of interference light LC to cause the following operations (1) and (2) to be executed alternately: (1) moving an emission endto increase the received-light amount to at least an upper limit; and (2) changing the light amount of reference light LR to decrease the received-light amount to at least a lower limit. When the received-light amount specified by an received-light-amount specifying partdecreases in response to the movement of the emission endin (1), the main controllercontrols the fiber-end drive mechanismto return the relative position to the immediately preceding status of this change. The main controllerleads the received-light amount of interference light LC by a CCD image sensorto a target value by controlling the attenuatorto change the light amount of interference light LC.

Optical image measurement apparatus

An optical image measuring device forms an image of an object to be measured based on a result of light-receiving by a light-receiving part. This optical image measuring device comprises: a specifying part configured to specify the light irradiated state to the light-receiving surface of a light-receiving part via a light guiding part and a dispersion part; and an altering part configured to alter the relative position and/or direction between a light-receiving surface and the exit end of light from the light guiding part, based on the light irradiated state.

Optical image measurement device

An optical image measuring apparatus capable of speedily starting image measurement in response to a measurement start request and performing image measurement on a region on which focus is achieved at determination of an image region. When observation light (M) is focused on an observation CCD camera (), measurement CCD cameras () are disposed to have a measurement object point (Q) in a position shifted from point (P) to an apparatus side. In response to a measurement start switch (), an interferometer moving stage () is moved to adjust an optical path length difference, thereby shifting the point (Q) to the point (P). The distance (d) is set to equal to or longer than necessary to move the interferometer moving stage () which accelerates a moving speed thereof to a predetermined speed. Thereby, image measurement can speedily start in response to request for image measurement of an object (O). It is possible to perform image measurement on the region where focus is achieved at the time of determination of the measurement region, i.e., at the position of the point (P).

Ophthalmologic photographing apparatus

Disclosed is an ophthalmologic apparatus, such as a slit lamp microscope, which is improved in terms of cable routing when an imaging apparatus is used, thereby achieving an improvement in operability for the examiner, mitigating the bother or discomfort for the subject, and realizing an improved outward appearance. In a slit lamp microscope using cables for electrical connection between an imaging apparatus and an image processing system or a control system, there is provided a cable hole having an opening provided with at least two curved corners through which cables connected to the imaging apparatus come together and which is formed so as to enclose partially the near portion of the protrusive axle shell of the base, or there is provided a cable routing path in which the cables connected to the imaging apparatus are routed by way of an accommodating groove with a detachable cover provided on the front side of the support arm, a cable hole provided in a protrusive axle shell of a base protruding toward a chin rest stand from a pedestal, a cable hole of the chin rest stand, and a cable hole provided in a table, to be passed under the table.
