A slide protector slidably engaged with a slide rail together with a slide support has a harness holder holding a wire harness and a hooking section capable of hooking the slide support with the harness holder and the hooking section formed integrally. Though the wire harness causes a resistance force when the slide support slides rearward in the sliding direction and the slide protector is pulled rearward, reliability of the attachment structure of the slide protector to the slide support can be enhanced since the hooking section and the harness holder holding the wire harness are formed integrally.

Slide protector

Provided is a power supply device capable of suppressing bulge of a wire harness toward a vehicle body when a slide door is half-opened. The power supply device is provided with a wire harness arranged between a vehicle body and a slide door, a portion of the wire harness on the vehicle body side extending in the closing direction of the slide door when the slide door is half-opened, and a door side coil spring (a biasing part) for biasing a portion of the wire harness on the slide door side in the biasing direction pressing against the slide door on the closing direction side of the slide door in order to suppress a curvature convex toward the inside of the vehicle body at the time of half-opening of the slide door.

Power supply device

A curvature-restraining member and a power feeding device include a wire harness having an electric wire and a corrugated tube (flexible tube). The curvature-restraining member restrains the wire harness from curving in a predetermined curving direction Dwith a radius of curvature smaller than a reference radius. The curvature restraining member includes a body portion placed near at least one of ends of the corrugated tube and extending in a length direction of the electric wire, and a curved portion extending from one end of the corrugated tube opposite from the former end, and curving in the curving direction Dwith a radius of curvature not less than the reference radius with such a length that it falls within the straightly extending corrugated tube.

Curvature restraining member and power feeding device

The present invention relates to a connection structure for a terminal fitting (). The connection structure includes a terminal fitting () including a terminal body () to be fastened and fixed to a grounding surface and a plurality of terminal connecting portions () extended from the terminal body; and a junction terminal () electrically connected to ground wire (D) and electrically connected to the terminal connecting portions (). This connection structure enables a plurality of ground wires to be electrically connected all together to a grounding surface in a space-saving manner.

There is employed an arm power supply device in which a first arm is rotatably and axially supported to a base member having one harness fixing portion, a second arm having the other harness fixing portion is rotatably and axially supported on a rotation tip side of the first arm, the first arm includes an enclosure portion forming a slit through which a wire harness is inserted, and the wire harness passes from the base member to the slit and is wired over the second arm. The enclosure portion includes an inclined wall to guide the wire harness derived in a bent shape from the second arm to be in contact with the inner surface.

Wire-harness routing device

A harness wiring apparatus wires a harness between a floor of a car and a seat, which is supported by a supporting member mounted at a long-tube-shaped support rail fixed at the floor. The harness wiring apparatusA includes a sliderholding the harness, which is led through an opening arranged at one endin a direction of lengthwise of the support railinto the support rail, and sliding interlockingly with the seat and the supporting member, and leading the harnessout of the support railthrough a slitarranged at the support rail to the seat; and a receiving sectionarranged in parallel to the support rail, and receiving an extra-length of the harness, which is led to an outside of the support railand folded to U-shape.

Harness wiring apparatus

To provide a signal transmitter-receiver apparatus having simple structure and which can prevent receiving sensitivity reduction of wirelessly transmitted signal using an existing component. A signal transmitter-receiver apparatus includes a first electric wire having one end connected to an electronic device provided at a vehicle sliding seat, a second electric wire wired at a vehicle body side, a signal transmitter connected to another end of the first electric wire, a signal receiver connected to an end of the second electric wire for receiving signal wirelessly transmitted from the signal transmitter, and a protector. The signal transmitter and the signal receiver are disposed in the rail. The signal transmitter is fixed to an upper rail via the protector. The signal receiver is fixed to one end portion of the rail. The signal transmitter and the signal receiver are arranged opposed to each other in a straight line.

Signal transmitter-receiver apparatus

This object aims to provide a wire cabling device which a case can be shared among a plurality of devices for cabling electric wires to a plurality of sliders provided on the right and left sides of an automobile. A wire cabling device () comprises electric wires () for connecting an electronic apparatus mounted onto the floor () of an automobile with an electronic apparatus mounted to a seat (), a case () for housing the intermediate portions of the wires (), a slider capable of moving in linkage with the seat () on a rail installed in the case () while holding the wires (), and a regulation member () which is provided in the case () and regulates the cabling route of the wires () in the case () by defining the case (). Sliding device for a cable management device

An electrical wire routing device for routing an electric wire between a floor in an automobile and a seat includes a case following parallel to a support rail to which a support body supporting the seat is slidably attached. The case includes a tubular movement section attaching the electric wire thereto, guiding the electric wire to the seat, to which a slider sliding in association with the movement of the seat is slidably attached, and a housing section accommodating the extra length of the electric wire. The movement section and the housing section are provided as separated parts and placed parallel to each other. The extra length of the electric wire extracted from one end portion of the movement section and drawn into the housing section is accommodated in the housing section with the electric wire bent in a U-shape. The electric wire is accommodated in the corrugated tube.

Electrical wire routing device

An arm structure includes a first arm pivotally supported on a body, and a second arm pivotally supported on the first arm at an axis portion formed on a distal end side of the first arm. A wire harness fixing portion for fixing a wire harness is provided at a distal end side of the second arm. A guide portion having a curved face for guiding the wire harness is provided at an end portion at an end side of the second arm, the end side being opposite to the distal end side. A width of the guide portion is larger than a width of a portion of the second arm corresponding to the axis portion, in a width direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the second arm.

Arm structure

A feeding device includes a case, which includes a body receiving a wire harness with extra length portion and a guide tube projecting from the body, a distal-end protector and an intermediary protector both of which are attached to the wire harness. The intermediary protector is inserted into the guide tube so as to be able to move forward and backward freely, and the distal-end protector is projected out of the guide tube, and a bendable portion of the wire harness is exposedly formed between the distal-end protector and the intermediary protector. A hood along a bending outer surface of the bendable portion is provided at the distal-end protector. The extra length portion of the wire harness is received in the body so as to be formed into a loop shape.

Feeding device and harness wiring structure using the same

An installation apparatus for installing a wire harness over a fixed structural body and a movable structural body which is slidingly movable to the fixed structural body, the installation apparatus includes a case that receives the wire harness such that the wire harness extends in a sliding direction of sliding movement of the movable structural body, and is folded back into a generally U-shape; and a slider that holds a distal end-side portion of the wire harness extending from the folded-back portion toward a distal end of the wire harness, and is slidably supported on the case so as to move in the sliding direction of the movable structural body, and is operatively connected to the movable structural body so as to move in accordance with the sliding movement of the movable structural body. A slit is formed in a wall of the case, and extends in the sliding direction of the movable structural body. The slit is arranged so as to intersect the folded-back portion of the wire harness in view of above of the wall in which the slit is formed. The distal end-side portion of the wire harness is led out from the case through the slit.
