A compressor that allows a discharge port to assume a large circumference and a large area at an exit end thereof so as to optimize the discharge resistance and the pressure-receiving area and assuring improved volumetric efficiency through reduced dead volume, includes a discharge port, an entrance end of which opens into a compression chamber and an exit end that is able to open and shut with a discharge valve. The discharge portis constituted with a recessed portionformed to achieve a predetermined depth from the exit end and a through portionhaving a smaller sectional area than the sectional area of the recessed portion. Compressor

Provided is a piston type compressor which can enhance cooling of internal parts housed in a crank chamber, while effectively reducing an outflow of oil to the outside of a compressor by effectively performing a centrifugal separating operation due to the rotation of a shaft. The compressor includes: a first suction path which directly introduces a working fluid flowed from a suction portinto suction chamberswithout via the crank chamber; and a second suction path which introduces the working fluid flowed from the suction portinto the suction chambersvia the crank chamber, and the second suction path includes: an oil separation passagewhere a working fluid is introduced into the suction chambersfrom the crank chambervia holes formed in the shaft; and a bypass passagewhere the working fluid is introduced into the suction chambersfrom the crank chamberthrough the cylinder blockswithout via the shaft

Piston-type compressor

This invention is to provide a piston-type compressor that assures optimal lubrication by supplying oil in plentiful quantity to a sliding portion in a cylinder block having cylinders formed therein, through which pistons slide reciprocally. A crankcase is defined by a cylinder blockhaving formed therein a plurality of cylindersthrough which pistons slide, and a housing mounted at the cylinder block, and as a shaft passing through the crankcase rotates, a swashplate disposed inside the crankcase is made to rotate, thereby engaging the pistons to reciprocally slide through the cylinders. At the cylinder block, an inbound oil guide passagehaving one end thereof made to open over an area at the end surface of the cylinder block facing the crankcase between adjacent cylindersand another end thereof connecting to a sliding portion inside the cylinder block.

In a piston-type compressor in which a working fluid is taken in through an intake port is first compressed with pistons and is then let out through an outlet port, an axial hole ranging along the axial direction and a radial hole communicating with the axial hole and opening into a crankcase are formed within the shaft. Additionally, a first intake passage through which the working fluid having flowed in through the intake port is guided via the crankcase to the radial hole and the axial hole and a second intake passage through which the working fluid having flowed in through the intake port is guided to join the working fluid having been drawn into the first intake passage by bypassing the crankcase are formed in the compressor. The working fluid is taken into cylinders from the area where the first working fluid and the second working fluid join each other.

There is provided a vane compressor which prevents leakage of refrigerant gas by decreasing the number of airtight interfaces between component parts and prevents seizure from occurring between its rotor and its side block without surface treatment of the side block. The vane compressor has a cam ring. The rotor is rotatably received in the cam ring. A first head is secured to one end face of the cam ring. A second head is secured to another end face of the cam ring in a manner such that the second head closes an opening of the another end face of the cam ring and one end face of the rotor can be brought into contact with the second head. The side block is received in the first head in a manner such that it closes an opening of the one end face of the cam ring and another end face of the rotor can be brought into contact with the side block.

Vane compressor

A vane compressor has at least one of a front-side member and a rear-side member thereof formed with a suction chamber opening toward a cam ring, which has a substantially arcuate or annular shape and extends around a drive shaft. The cam ring has one end face formed with a refrigerant inlet port for supplying a low-pressure refrigerant into compression chambers formed between vanes. Alternatively, a front head is arranged on one end face of the cam ring. A shell encloses another end and an outer peripheral surface of the cam ring and holds a movable plate in a state opposed to the other end face of the cam ring such that the movable plate can be moved along a central axis of the drive shaft. An inside of the shell and the movable plate defines a high-pressure chamber therein. Each adjacent pair of the vanes, the front head, and the movable plate defines a compression chamber therein. The shell has a front-side end extending to an outer peripheral surface of the front head and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the front head. The outer peripheral surface of the cam ring and an inner peripheral surface of the front-side end of the shell defines a low-pressure space therebetween. The cam ring is formed with an inlet port opening through an outer peripheral wall thereof for supplying a low-pressure refrigerant into the compression chambers during a suction stroke.

A a cartridge type delivery valve assembly in which a valve seat surface and a valve are integrated in order to assure good seating characteristics in the delivery valve. The delivery valve assembly is formed by fixing together a valve holder provided with delivery holes, a roll valve that is mounted along the internal surface of the valve holder to freely open and close the delivery holes and a valve stopper that fixes the roll valve onto the valve holder and regulates the lift quantity of the roll valve, in an integrated manner using coupling members and the delivery valve assembly thus achieved is mounted in a valve insertion space.

Disclosed are electrolessly plated nickel coatings containing 0.5 to 3.0% by weight of phosphorus and 0.05 to 2.0% by weight of boron, coatings obtained by subjecting to heat treatment electrolessly plated nickel coatings containing 0.5 to 3.0% by weight of phosphorus and 0.05 to 2.0% by weight of boron and machine parts having sliding surfaces wherein at least the sliding surfaces are coated with the coatings. The coatings can be suitably provided on base materials composed of aluminum alloys or the like, show high hardness, high impact strength (high toughness) and improved lubricating characteristics such as sliding characteristics and, in addition, can be formed at a high rate.
