A stator includes: a stator core including teeth; pins including a working portion extending in an axial direction in a slot between the teeth; and bus bars electrically connected to the pins. In each slot, the working portions are disposed over stages in a radial direction. The pins include the two working portions disposed across the teeth, a first pin and a second pin each including a connection portion connecting the working portion in a circumferential direction, and a third pin connected to the bus bar. Each of the working portions of the second pin and the third pin is disposed in one of an outermost stage and an innermost stage of the slot. A number of teeth straddled by the second pin is smaller than a number of teeth straddled by the first pin.

Stator and motor

One aspect of a method of manufacturing a rotor of the present invention is the method of manufacturing the rotor, which includes a rotor core rotatable about a central axis and a rotor magnet fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core, the method including a magnetization step of magnetizing a first magnetic member fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core to form the rotor magnet. The rotor core has a hole recessed from a surface on one side in an axial direction of the rotor core to the other side in the axial direction. In the magnetization step, the first magnetic member is magnetized in a state where a second magnetic member made of a magnetic material is inserted into the hole.

Method of manufacturing rotor and method of manufacturing motor

An interior permanent magnet motor includes a rotor with permanent magnets spaced apart in a circumferential direction, and a rotor core with core pieces positioned between adjacent permanent magnets. The permanent magnets include a pair of corner portions at each of an end on an outside in a radial direction and an end on an inside in the radial direction. Each of the core pieces includes at least one of an outer support portion that supports one corner portion of the pair of corner portions at the end of the permanent magnets on the outside in the radial direction or an inner support portion that supports one corner portion of the pair of corner portions at the end of the permanent magnets on the inside in the radial direction, and restricts movement of the permanent magnets in the radial direction.

Interior permanent magnet motor

A motor includes a cylindrical rotor core, and a magnet group including first magnets and second magnets alternately arranged along a circumferential direction of the rotor core. A first magnetic flux line generated in the first magnets extends along a radial direction of the rotor core, and a second magnetic flux line generated in the second magnets is inclined with respect to the first magnetic flux line. The rotor core includes an inner portion located on a radially inner side of the magnet group and an outer portion located on a radially outer side of the magnet group. The outer portion includes a first iron core that covers the first magnet from the radially outer side, and a second iron core that covers at least a portion of the second magnet in the central axis direction of the rotor core from the radially outer side.

Motor

A motor control system includes an inverter and a control calculation unit. The control calculation unit includes a voltage control calculation unit that calculates a voltage command value indicating a voltage to be applied to a motor from the inverter on the basis of a current deviation between the current command value and the actual current detection value, and a compensation calculation unit that compensates at least one of a k-th component and a 1/k-th component in the motor with respect to a signal value on at least one of an upstream side and a downstream side in a signal flow that passes through the voltage control calculation unit. The compensation calculation unit calculates a compensation value on the basis of an actual angular velocity value indicating an angular velocity at which the motor rotates and the target current command value, while also taking into account advance angle control.

Motor control system and power steering system

A stator includes: a stator core including teeth; pins including a working portion extending in an axial direction in a slot between the teeth; and bus bars electrically connected to the pins. In each slot, the working portions are disposed over stages in a radial direction. The pins include the two working portions across the teeth, first and second pins each including a connection portion connecting the working portion in a circumferential direction, and a third pin connected to the bus bar. The working portion of the second pin is disposed on one of the outermost and innermost stages of the slot, and the working portion of the third pin is disposed on one or the other of the outermost and innermost stages of the slot. A number of teeth straddled by the second pin is larger by two than a number of teeth straddled by the first pin.

A motor control system includes an inverter, and a control calculation unit that feedback-controls the inverter. The control calculation unit includes a voltage control calculation unit that calculates a voltage command value indicating a voltage to be applied to the motor from the inverter on the basis of a current deviation between a current command value and an actual current detection value, a torque ripple compensation calculation unit that adds a compensation value for compensating a torque ripple in the motor to a signal value on at least one of an upstream side and a downstream side in a signal flow that passes through the voltage control calculation unit, and a current limit calculation unit that limits the current command value by adaptive control based on an actual angular velocity value indicating an angular velocity at which the motor rotates.

A rotor includes a shaft, a cylindrical rotor core, a connector, magnets and a cover. The shaft extends along a central axis. The rotor core surrounds the shaft. The connector is provided radially inside the rotor core and connects the rotor core and the shaft. The magnets are provided radially outside the rotor core along a circumferential direction. The cover is provided radially outside the magnets. The connector includes a cylindrical body surrounding the shaft and a flange. The flange extends radially outward from one axial end of the body and faces the magnets in the axial direction. The cover includes a peripheral surface and an eave. The peripheral surface faces the magnets in a radial direction. The eave extends radially inward from an other axial end of the peripheral surface and faces the magnets in the axial direction.

Rotor and speed reducer including the rotor

A motor control system includes an inverter, a voltage control calculating a voltage command value indicating a voltage to be applied to a motor from the inverter based on a deviation between the current command value and the actual current detection value, and a torque ripple compensation unit adding a compensation value for compensating a torque ripple in the motor to a signal value on an upstream side in a signal flow that passes through the voltage control unit. The torque ripple compensation unit includes a phase compensator calculating a compensation value component in the voltage control unit based on an actual angular velocity value indicating an angular velocity at which the motor rotates, and an inverse characteristic processor calculating a compensation value component for compensating the torque ripple based on an inverse characteristic of an open loop transfer function in a feedback control.

A rotor used in an outer rotor motor includes a rotor holder in a tubular shape extending along a center axis, a rotor core in a tubular shape extending in an axial direction and being fixed to a surface of the rotor holder, directed radially inward, and permanent magnets bonded to an inner circumferential surface of the rotor core and side by side in a circumferential direction. The rotor core includes projection portions projecting radially inward from the inner circumferential surface of the rotor core. One or more of the projection portions are in a gap between the permanent magnets adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. Each of the projection portions has an axial length shorter than an axial length of each of the permanent magnets.

Rotor, method for manufacturing rotor, and motor

One aspect of a rotor of the present invention includes: a rotor core rotatable about a central axis; and a rotor magnet fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core. The rotor magnet has a plurality of magnetized portions arranged along a circumferential direction in a Halbach array. The plurality of magnetized portions include a plurality of radially magnetized portions whose magnetization direction is a radial direction and a plurality of non-radially magnetized portions whose magnetization direction is different from the radial direction. The rotor core is a non-magnetic member that has a hole, recessed from a surface on one side in an axial direction of the rotor core to the other side in the axial direction and is made of a non-magnetic material. The hole is located on the radially inner side of the radially magnetized portion.

Rotor and motor

A rotor includes: a shaft; a tubular rotor core; and a plurality of magnets. The shaft extends along a center axis. The rotor core surrounds the shaft. The plurality of magnets is disposed outside the rotor core in a radial direction and is aligned in a circumferential direction. A plurality of first recessed portions recessed outward in the radial direction is aligned in the circumferential direction in an inner surface of the rotor core in the radial direction. Each of the first recessed portions overlaps each of the magnets in the radial direction.

According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a rotor includes a plurality of permanent magnets and a support supporting the permanent magnet. The support includes at least one of an outside support fixed to a radial outside of the outer cores to circumferentially support an end face of the permanent magnet from both sides and an inside support fixed to a radial inside of the outer cores to circumferentially support the end face of the permanent magnet from both sides. Each of the outer cores includes an opposite face parallelly opposed to the end face of the permanent magnet in the circumferential direction. The outside support and the inside support each includes a support face circumferentially supporting the end face. The support face is disposed on a side closer to a center line of the permanent magnet than the opposite face in the circumferential direction.

Rotor, spoke type motor, vehicle motor, unmanned flying body, electric assist device, and robot device

According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a rotor includes a shaft, a rotor core including an inner core and a plurality of outer cores, a mold resin unit covering, the mold resin unit, and a plurality of permanent magnets. The mold resin unit includes a gate mark in a region between the outer cores adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, and the gate mark is provided in all regions between the adjacent outer cores or in a region between the outer cores, the region being adjacent to a region between the even-numbered adjacent outer cores in which the gate mark is not disposed in all the regions between the adjacent outer cores.

One aspect of a noise compensation adjustment method includes: a measurement step of driving a motor to measure noise with respect to a coupled system including the motor and a driving body coupled to the motor and driven by the motor; an order identification step of, based on noise measured in the measurement step, identifying an order B of a component contributing to compensation of the noise from a k-th component and a 1/k-th component (k is an integer) in the rotation of the motor; an adjustment step of controlling driving of the motor using a component of the order B identified in the order identification step as a compensation value, and adjusting a component value of the order B to reduce the noise; and a recording step of recording the component value of the order B adjusted in the adjustment step as a compensation value for reducing the noise.
