According to one embodiment, an image processing device includes first storage and a processor. The first storage is configured to store a first statistical model generated by learning bokeh which occurs in a first image. The processor is configured to acquire a second image, acquire a bokeh value which indicates bokeh occurring in the second image and an uncertainty level which indicates a level of uncertainty for the bokeh value, generate a first bokeh map based on the bokeh value and uncertainty level, and acquire a second bokeh map obtained by interpolating a bokeh value with respect to the first bokeh map. The bokeh value and the uncertainty level are output from the first statistical model by inputting the second image into the first statistical model.

According to one embodiment, a position and attitude estimation device includes a processor. The processor is configured to acquire time-series images continuously captured by a capture device installed on a mobile object, estimate first position and attitude of the mobile object based on the acquired time-series images, estimate a distance to a subject included in the acquired time-series images and correct the estimated first position and attitude to a second position and attitude based on an actual scale, based on the estimated distance.

The one or more processors notify a user of an effective area for calculation of depth information based on a bias of color information in the first color-component image and the second color-component image.

The hardware processor is configured to acquire an image captured by a monocular camera. The hardware processor is configured to estimate a distance to an object based on the acquired image. The processing circuitry estimates transmission inhomogeneity caused in a transmit RF magnetic field from a first image based on a first signal received by a whole-body coil, and estimates reception inhomogeneity caused in a receive RF magnetic field from the first image and a second image based on a second signal received by a surface coil. The processing circuitry generates a third image, having a resolution higher than a resolution of the first image and a resolution of the second image, based on a third signal received by the surface coil. The processing circuitry corrects the third image by using the estimated transmission inhomogeneity and reception inhomogeneity.

The microlens array is divided into a plurality of microlenses corresponding to the respective plurality of openings. A refractive index of the microlens array is variable so that light is incident on the microlenses is focused on the respective plurality of openings. A portion where light is focused includes a central position of the corresponding opening.

An example optical device includes a first optical element and a second optical element. The first optical element has first and second surfaces. A first light emitted by a display is incident on the first surface. The first optical element includes transmissive portions and non-transmissive portions. Each of the transmissive portions extends in a first direction parallel to the first surface. The non-transmissive portions are respectively disposed in regions between the transmissive portions. A light transmittance of the non-transmissive portions is lower than that of the transmissive portions. A second light emitted from the second surface is incident on the second optical element, which emits a third light by condensing the second light. An optical axis of the third light is tilted with respect to an optical axis of the second light in a plane parallel to the first direction.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a position controller, a projection unit, and a reflector. The projection unit emits light including image information. The projection unit is held by a holder. The position controller is interposed between the holder and the projection unit. The reflector reflects at least a portion of the light emitted from the projection unit. The reflector is held by the holder. A position of the reflector with respect to the holder is fixed. A relative arrangement of the projection unit and the reflector is changeable by the position controller.
