Moreover, a magnetic flux density B8 in a rolling direction of the grain oriented electrical steel sheet is 1.90 T or more.

Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and method for manufacturing same

A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet which does not have an inorganic coating containing forsterite as a main component and which includes: a base steel sheet containing a prescribed chemical component; a silicon-containing oxide layer provided on the base steel sheet; an iron-based oxide layer provided on the silicon-containing oxide layer; and a tension-insulation coating provided on the iron-based oxide layer, having a thickness of 1 to 3 μm, and containing phosphate and colloidal silica as main components. When the tension-insulation coating undergoes elemental analysis using a glow discharge optical emission spectrometry in a sheet thickness direction from a surface of the tension-insulation coating, a peak Si emission intensity satisfies a prescribed requirement.

A method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an aspect of the present invention includes a step of obtaining a hot-rolled steel sheet by carrying out hot rolling on a slab containing a predetermined component composition with a remainder including Fe and impurities, a step of obtaining a hot-rolled annealed sheet by carrying out hot-rolled sheet annealing as necessary, a step of carrying out pickling to obtain a pickled sheet, a step of carrying out cold rolling to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet, a step of carrying out primary recrystallization annealing, a step of applying an annealing separating agent including MgO to a surface and then carrying out final annealing to obtain a final-annealed sheet, and a step of applying an insulating coating and then carrying out flattening annealing.

Method for manufacturing grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and grain-oriented electrical steel sheet

A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet has a steel sheet and an insulating coating which is formed on a surface of the steel sheet. In the insulating coating, a metal phosphate and a colloidal silica are contained, the colloidal silica is contained in an amount of 20 to 150 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate, one or more kinds of fine particles selected from the group consisting of silicon carbide, silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, boron nitride, sialon, and cordierite are further contained in an amount of 0.5 to 7 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate, an average particle size of the fine particles is 0.3 to 7.0 &#x3bc;m, crystallized ratio of the metal phosphate is 2% to 40%, and chromium is not contained.

A method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet including a step of hot-rolling a slab containing a predetermined component composition with a remainder including Fe and an impurity to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet, a step of, after carrying out hot-rolled steel sheet annealing on the hot-rolled steel sheet, carrying out cold rolling to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet, a step of carrying out primary recrystallization annealing including a rapid temperature increase at an average temperature increase velocity V of 400&#xb0; C./s or more and imparting of a steel sheet tensile force S on the cold-rolled steel sheet, and a step of applying an annealing separating agent to a surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet after the primary recrystallization annealing and then carrying out flattening annealing.

A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a steel sheet and an insulation coating, in which the insulation coating contains a first metal phosphate, which is a metal phosphate of one or two more metals selected from Al, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, and Zn; a second metal phosphate, which is a metal phosphate of one or two more metals selected from Co, Mo, V, W, and Zr; and colloidal silica, the insulation coating does not contain chromate, and an elution amount of phosphoric acid of the insulation coating as determined by boiling the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet in a boiled pure water for 10 minutes, then measuring an elution amount of phosphoric acid into the pure water, and dividing the amount of phosphoric acid by the area of the insulation coating of the boiled grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is 30 mg/mor less.
