A combustion control system that collects and accumulates, at predetermined intervals, combustion controlling information including at least a signal indicating an operating state of an ignition device, a signal indicating the supplying state of fuel to a pilot burner, a signal indicating the supplying state of fuel to a main burner, a signal indicating the supplying state of air to the main burner, a flame detection signal indicating the strengths of the flames of the burners (the pilot burner and the main burner), and information indicating presence or absence of the flames determined based on the value of the flame detection signal, and displays the combustion controlling information as trend data of combustion control in a graph in such a form that the relationship between time zones of the combustion sequences from the start of a combustion device to normal combustion and the trend data is understandable.

Combustion system

A combustion controlling system according to the present invention provides a signal path for transmitting the normal combustion signal SB output from the master device to the transmission line through cascade-connected slave devices. Then, the combustion controlling system determines whether each of the slave devices outputs the normal combustion signal SB to the subsequent device based on whether there is a flame of the corresponding burner, or not, during the combustion of burners, and the master device closes a safety shutoff valve on the condition that an input of a normal combustion signal SBo from a transmission line is stopped.

Safety and stability of combustion are improved by a combustion controlling device that controls the operation of 2 or more burners and stops all the operation of the burners when combustion states of the burners satisfy a predetermined condition, and the predetermined condition includes a first shutoff condition for stopping the operation of the burners at the time of an initial startup to ignite a desired burner from a state in which none of the burners is ignited, and a second shutoff condition for stopping the operation of the burners in a normal operating state after the desired burner has been normally ignited by the initial startup.

Combustion controlling device and combustion system

A purge time of a combustion space is optimized in a multi-burner system having a combustion chamber in which the combustion space is physically separated from a heating space by providing a combustion controlling device. The combustion controlling device controls an operation of multiple burners having combustion spaces different from each other, a first prepurge time and a second prepurge time set as execution times of a single purge, the single purge based on the first prepurge time is performed on a combustion space of a corresponding burner after overall purge when an ignition of the burner is instructed in a state where none of the burners is ignited, and the single purge based on the second prepurge time is performed on the combustion space of the corresponding burner when the ignition of the burner is instructed in a normal operating state.

A combustion controlling system according to the present invention provides a signal path for transmitting an ignition preparation signal SA output from a master device to a transmission line through cascade-connected slave devices. Then, each of the slave devices determines whether each of the slave devices outputs the ignition preparation signal to a subsequent device, or not, based on whether there is a flame of the corresponding burner, or not, at the time of igniting the burners, and the master device opens a safety shutoff valve on the condition that an ignition preparation signal SAo has been input from the transmission line.

An RTC, having a crystal oscillator of different characteristics from those of a crystal oscillator, is provided, and the pulse period of the pulse signal from the RTC and the pulse signal based on the crystal oscillator are compared to detect a fault in the crystal oscillator. As a result, even if, for example, located in a high temperature environment, the degrees to the decrease in frequency will be different, thus making it possible to detect reliably a fault in the crystal oscillator.
