A wire harness, including: a wire; an outer sheath that covers a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the wire in a circumferential direction; and a fastener that fixes the outer sheath to an outer circumference of the wire, wherein: the outer sheath includes a first section and a second section that each include an opening that opens in a direction orthogonal to an axis line direction of the wire, and the fastener fixes the outer sheath to the outer circumference of the wire with at least one end surface of the first section in the circumferential direction and at least one end surface of the second section in the circumferential direction facing one another and separated from one another.

Wire harness

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electromagnetic shield member that can improve heat dissipation from an electric wire, and a wire harness that includes the electromagnetic shield member. An electromagnetic shield member has rectangular tubular housing portions in which electric wires are individually housed. The housing portions are provided with pressing portions that are formed by cutting and raising portions of the housing portions inward, and that press the electric wires.

A wire harness including: a wire; and an outer cover into which the wire is inserted; wherein the outer cover is provided with a spring that is in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the wire. A wire harnesshas a sheathing materialthat is flexible and covers wires, a path-regulating memberfor regulating a path along which the wiresare arranged from outside of the sheathing material, the path-regulating memberhaving an axial direction parallel to the path along which the wiresare arranged, and an intermediate clamp. The intermediate clamphas a support portionfor supporting the path-regulating member, and an attachment portionwith a ring-shaped structure for attaching the sheathing material. The attachment portionhas an insertion portionthat enables the sheathing materialto be inserted therefrom in a radial direction of the ring-shaped structure. The attachment portioncan be changed between an open orientation that enables the sheathing material to be inserted from the insertion portion, and a closed orientation that makes the ring-shaped structure into a continuous ring shape. The closed orientation is formed by locking structures, which include a first locking structureand a second locking structurethat are arranged separately from each other in the axial direction of the ring-shaped structure.

A shielding structure includes a shielding braided member that is a braided member obtained by braiding a plurality of resin wires and a plurality of conductive metal wires together and arranged to achieve shielding of an electric wire, a shell that is connected to one end of the shielding braided member; and a crimp fixing portion with which the one end of the shielding braided member is crimped and fixed to the shell such that electric conduction is established. The shielding braided member includes a metal braided portion that contains no resin wires and that is formed by braiding the plurality of metal wires, and the metal braided portion in the shielding braided member is crimped and fixed to the shell with a crimp ring of the crimp fixing portion.

A wiring module equipped with an external covering member includes an external covering pipe; a first conductive wire member that is inserted into the external covering pipe, a first end portion of the first conductive wire member extending from a first-end opening portion of the external covering pipe; a second conductive wire member that is connected to the first end portion of the first conductive wire member via a connection portion that is located outward of the first-end opening portion of the external covering pipe; and a bending mitigating member that is capable of undergoing elastic bending deformation more easily than the external covering pipe, a first end portion of the bending mitigating member being fixed to the first-end opening portion of the external covering pipe, and the bending mitigating member extending up to the connection portion or beyond the connection portion while surrounding the first conductive wire member.
