A numerical controller, which is configured to control maintenance of a machine tool, includes a mode shift part configured to shift an operation mode of the machine tool to a maintenance mode, on the basis of input of a trigger for starting the maintenance of the machine tool, an operation execution part configured to make the machine tool operate on the basis of predetermined maintenance contents; and an output control part configured to control output of an operation result of the machine tool, as a maintenance result. The mode shift part returns the operation mode of the machine tool to a normal operation mode, after the output of the maintenance result by the output control part.

Numerical controller and numerical control system

The rotary table system includes a first rotary table coupled to one end side of a member for loading a workpiece, a second rotary table coupled to an other end side, a motor that rotationally drives the member for loading a workpiece, a first clamping mechanism that can clamp the first rotary table, a second clamping mechanism that can clamp the second rotary table, a clamp torque measuring device, a first operating passage that sends a clamping operation instruction to the first clamping mechanism, and a second operating passage that sends a clamping operation instruction to the second clamping mechanism, in which the clamp torque measuring device measures clamp torque individually for each of the first, second clamping mechanisms by individually selecting the first, second operating passage and causing the first, second clamping mechanisms to individually perform a clamping operation.

Rotary table system

A rotary table assembly is provided with a rotary table with a workpiece mounting table on one end of a rotating shaft and a cover covering the rotary table. A seal member is disposed between the cover and the workpiece mounting table, thereby preventing foreign matter, such as chips, from adhering to the rotary table.

A rotation table device includes a casing, a rotation member, a braking member, a brake disk, and a target braking member, and a pressure adjustment unit that maintains the pressure inside the casing so as to be higher than the atmospheric pressure by air supplied from a purge air supply port, wherein the braking member includes a communication portion formed as a groove or a hole causing an inner space of a contact surface of the brake disk to communicate with an outer space thereof.

Rotation table device

The inside of a case of a rotary table device is divided into a first space and a second space. The pressure of the first space is regulated to a pressure higher than the pressure of the second space during a steady state. The relationship between the pressures is reversed at a certain timing, to make the pressure of the second space higher than the pressure of the first space. Such operation can forcibly close a check valve disposed between the first space and the second space on regular basis, thereby preventing a malfunction of the check valve.
