The invention relates to a hydraulic assembly of a vehicle brake system with traction control. Hydraulic assemblies include a housing block, which is to be fitted with hydraulic components, and an electronic control unit for activating the components. It is known for a hydraulic connection for a pressure sensor to be provided on a housing block and for the signal of the pressure sensor to be taken into consideration for brake pressure regulation in the control unit. The invention proposes an advantageous arrangement of at least one second hydraulic connection for a second pressure sensor on the housing block in combination with blind bores of the hydraulic connections. The blind bores can be positioned in a variable fashion and formed with different lengths during the production of the housing block. In this way, it is possible for the pressure in different hydraulic partial regions of a vehicle brake system to be sensed in an application-specific manner. The number of such hydraulic connections for pressure sensors has no influence on the external dimensions of the housing block.

Hydraulic assembly for a hydraulic vehicle brake system with traction control

The invention relates to a hydraulic unit for a hydraulic vehicle brake system having anti-skid control. The hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic block and an electric motor for driving hydraulic pumps inside the hydraulic block. The hydraulic block and electric motor are joined at a circumferential joint. For connection, the invention provides that the electric motor is provided with a radial flange, which is overlapped by a surrounding bead of the hydraulic block. The bead is designed so that it overlaps, in a radial inward manner, the radial flange of the electric motor by a joining process, for example, a surrounding caulking. The electric motor is sealingly connected to the hydraulic block in a simple manner by the surrounding joining process.

Hydraulic unit for a hydraulic vehicle brake system having anti-skid control

A device for damping pressure pulsations, in electronically regulatable vehicle brake systems for damping the pressure pulsations that are caused by pressure generators in a hydraulic circuit connected to it. The device has a housing which encloses a damping chamber and also has at least one hydraulic connection opening into the damping chamber, and a throttle device. The housing and throttle device are embodied as a compact damping unit that can be preassembled, is economical, and can be anchored in only a few work steps to the hydraulic block of an electronically regulatable vehicle brake system.

Device for damping pressure pulsations

A hydraulic unit for an electronically controllable brake system of a vehicle includes a housing block with mounting faces for instance for an electric motor and an electronic control unit; a plurality of connections for hydraulically contacting the block; and installation chambers, for pump elements, valves, and damping devices. These damping devices are connected hydraulically downstream to the pump elements, in order to damp operation-caused pressure pulsations and noises. Installation chambers () for the damping devices and the installation chambers () of the valves extend to a common mounting face of the housing block intended for mounting the electronic control unit. The damping devices protrude past this mounting face.
