An outer peripheral wall portion of an insulator has a plurality of slits that are formed to extend from one end in a direction of a central axis of the outer peripheral wall portion along the central axis and through which a winding wire drawn out from a winding portion is passed. The outer peripheral wall portion is formed with a connecting slit provided with a step portion by connecting two of the plurality of slits that are adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction of the outer peripheral wall portion, that extend from the one end, and that are different in depth.

Insulator and motor

A stator includes a stator core which is annular and in which a plurality of metal plates are layered. The stator core includes a plurality of swaging portions, in which the metal plates are joined by swaging. A heat insulation space that blocks heat, which is transmitted from a welding portion, is formed in a swaging portion that is arranged in a position corresponding to the welding portion in a circumferential direction of the stator core among the swaging portions.

Compressor

A motor includes: a rotor, a stator; and a cylindrical insulator fixed to an end portion of the stator. The stator includes a plurality of teeth, a plurality of winding wires each including a winding portion wound around each of the plurality of teeth, a neutral wire provided on one end side of the winding portion, and a power wire provided on the other end side of the winding portion, and a neutral point at which a plurality of neutral wires are electrically connected via a connecting member. The insulator is provided with a drawing notch penetrating from an outer side to an inner side of the insulator. The plurality of neutral wires are routed along an outer peripheral surface of the insulator, pass through the drawing notch, and are drawn from the outer side to the inner side of the insulator, and the plurality of neutral wires drawn are fixed.

Motor and compressor

A motor includes a rotor, and a stator that generates a magnetic field to rotate the rotor. The stator includes a plurality of teeth, a plurality of winding wires including a winding portion wound around each of the plurality of teeth, a neutral wire provided on one end side of the winding portion, and a power wire provided on the other end side of the winding portion, and a plurality of neutral points at which a plurality of the neutral wires is electrically connected by connection terminals. The plurality of neutral wires includes a plurality of first fixation portions in which the plurality of neutral wires is fixed to each other in positions that are on a winding portion side compared to the plurality of neutral points, and a second fixation portion in which the plurality of neutral wires is fixed to each other from the plurality of first fixation portions to the plurality of neutral points.

A compressor includes a rotor, a stator configured to rotate the rotor, a compressor unit configured to compress a refrigerant with rotation of the rotor, and a housing in which an internal space for housing the rotor, the stator, and the compressor unit is formed, wherein the rotor includes a rotor core that has an upper surface and a lower surface, an edge plate that covers the upper surface or the lower surface, and a fixing member that fixes the edge plate to the rotor core, a plurality of refrigerant holes through which the refrigerant passes are formed in the rotor core, an opening that allows the plurality of refrigerant holes to communicate with the internal space and a fixing member opening through which the fixing member penetrates are formed in the edge plate, and a thickness portion is formed between the opening and the fixing member opening.

A rotor, which is cylindrically formed of a magnetic body and in which a plurality of magnet embedding holes are annularly formed at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction, plate-like permanent magnets being embedded in the magnet embedding holes, includes a flux barrier that is disposed toward an outer circumference of the rotor from an circumferential end of each of the magnet embedding holes, and a slit that is disposed to be adjacent to the flux barrier, in which the slit is a long hole extending in a direction of becoming distant from the flux barrier, from an inner circumferential side of the rotor toward an outer circumferential side thereof, and a notch portion is provided on the outer circumference of the rotor opposing the flux barrier in a diameter direction of the rotor.

Rotor and permanent magnet electric motor

A compressor includes a shaft, a motor unit that causes the shaft to rotate, a compressor unit that compresses a refrigerant according to rotation of the shaft, and a housing that stores therein the shaft, the motor unit, and the compressor unit, wherein the housing and the motor unit are joined by welding in a plurality of welding areas, the motor unit includes a rotor that is fixed to the shaft, and a stator core that surrounds the rotor, a plurality of core sheets are superimposed in the stator core and the stator core includes a plurality of teeth around which a coil is wounded and a plurality of swaging fixing areas where swaging areas fix the core sheets mutually, and the welding areas are formed in only positions corresponding to the swaging fixing areas.
